YOOOOOOO Exsilium! I'm Haley, a new player, and I'm part of the Chrono Crusade invasion with Satella Harvenheit! She's a busty, German bounty hunter that specializes in hunting demons and monsters with her "jewel summoning" powers. She tries very, very hard to come across as poised, professional and practically perfect in every way. However, the reality is that she's a socially awkward loser with gigantic issues spawning from severe childhood trauma (because that's basically every character in Chrono Crusade). Fun!

Alsooooo I should probably mention that Satella, uh..."likes younger boys" as a running gag. Because Japan has a weirdly creepy sense of humor sometimes. I'm not going to have her flirt with any characters whose actual age is under 15ish, but if you've got a younger-looking male character (even if they're really over 9000 years old) please check out Satella's permissions post and let me know your comfort level with this! I'm NOT going to have her flirt with any characters unless I have permission because I'm aware this could be super squicky for some people.

One more thing--Unfortunately I've had a family emergency which means I'm going to be leaving on a trip sometime tomorrow and won't be back for about a week, so I'm not going to be able to ICly intro Satella right away. :( I'm also going to be at a convention (NanDesuKan) September 13-15 so unfortunately my activity's probably going to be very spotty until after that. My current plan is to ICly intro Satella with a Network post and a backdated response to the intro log when I get back from my trip in a week and tag around until the con, although depending on what happens next week I miiight...have to push that back until after NDK. We'll see.

Regardless of when I can show up ICly, I'm really looking forward to playing with you all!

For those who don't remember me or whom I have never met, I'm Marbles! I was here for a few months and then had to drop not that long ago, but I am back again, hopefully for the long run this time. I'm bringing back the same old annoying Casper the unfriendly ghost from that one bird dating sim you all know and love, Nageki Fujishiro.

He'll be keeping all of his old memories from last time! I have a lot of unfinished threads still hanging from my last stay here, which I have to apologize a ton for :( If anybody would like to clear up some loose ends or even continue them now that I'm back, I'm all for it!

Hey there, Exsilium! My name is Len and I'm yet another newbie pouring in through the busted app dam. I'm bringing with me Rose Lalonde of Homestuck fame, who some of you might be familiar with since I believe that you've had one here before.

For those who don't know anything about her, Rose is a snarky little girl who talks like she swallowed a dictionary and will probably try to pick apart your brain at some point. She also likes Lovecraftian horror and being super mature guys, seriously she's totally capable here. I don't know what any of the Homestuck cast's canon points are like, but for you guys' reference this Rose is from just before she alchemized the Thorns, so you're getting wee baby Rose.

Hello, Exsilium! I'm Silver, and I'm bringing you Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII. She's a former soldier turned l'Cie, which means she gets magic but in turn gets a ticking timebomb branded into her skin and could turn into a monster at any moment because bigger monsters want to destroy the world to bring back the god that made them.

Yeah her canon's a mess and it doesn't get any better in the next game. Ahahaaa..anyway she's from just before the final boss, so she still has all her magic but her brand's been scorched frozen so no turning Cie'th at any moment.

Hi! I'm Made. I actually came to Exsilium last month with Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but I never really introduced myself. So I probably should.

This month, I bring you Lulubell from D.Gray-man, a manga about body-horror and tears and dumb shounens. Lulu's job in her world is working towards the destruction of humanity! She is frosty, neutral evil, and normally not very expressive, plus she's killed a whole bunch of people. She'll tone down her more extreme evildoing a little while in Exsilium, though, since her boss isn't here.

I'm excited to have her here! My Plurk is unamazement , uh I guess that's it.

So as the people on my plurk list I spent most of August frantically working on con stuff, freaking out and packing for moving, driving cross-country, unpacking from moving, freaking out about various moving related things that didn't get properly done, and basically being too tired for life.

I have almost all of it sorted though, so HI I AM BACK. For the influx of newbies, I'm Cocoa, and I play this cranky old mutant here (Nathan Summers AKA Cable, who has spent August scouting and working on his junky motorcycle) and an obnoxiously cheerful pinkhaired technopath (Ally/candystar, who has spent August working on personal projects and idk being sick or something). I missed the CR meme so if you want to plot something hit me up. Also if we have a thread going I haven't replied to in the last day or so I either lost the notif or thought it was old enough to let go but if you still want to continue it let me know!

NOW FOR PLOT. Nate is going to take his spec-ops team-in-training out on a ~wilderness adventure~ in the outlands on the island to make sure he can take them nice places like the UE without things going to hell. There may be spots available for people interested but not actually on the spec ops team depending on how many replies I get (and if someone is willing to give me and Nate a hand in running split groups. Attractions include Loki's abandoned magical castle which is almost certainly full of traps, giant mutated killer animals, mild radiation poisoning, and care of the latest game plot, your comrades being sleeper agents out to do horrible things to you!

To give time for planning and for the brainwashed people to be chosen by the mods, this is going to start on Saturday (the 7th) and run probably five IC days to Thursday the 12th, which gives time for exploration, but also for people to be back in time for the rest of the mod plot. I'll have an IC entry about it and a link to an organization post on Nate's journal later tonight!

Hello! This is Prof, current player of Kyubey and Patchouli, bringing in character number three: *Mute, from Analogue: A Hate Story!

There are some things you should probably know about this little lady:

• The * in *Mute is of course silent; it represents the fact that she is an AI. Having no physical body other than a pile of machinery and data storage called an AI Core off in some Initiative bunker somewhere, she exists purely on the network.
• The anime look isn't just her canon's art style - *Mute actually looks like an anime character.
• *Mute has never been to a planet in her entire, very long life. She was first activated on a spaceship, and was still on the same ship when we last saw her.
• *Mute comes from a very backwards society, most notable in the way that she has no concept whatsoever of women's rights. She can and will be a gross and offensive person about gender politics, and this brave new world will confuse her greatly. Why the hell would women want to have jobs and power and shit? It takes away from their moral imperative to provide their husbands with heirs!

I'm sure you can tell that this is just going to be tons of fun. Check permissions post (including if you don't want her to use gendered slurs around your characters) here, and add me if you haven't at ProfessorProf on plurk.

She's sweet, she's kind, selfless to boot, you can threaten to murder her and she'll still teach you what laundry is, but she can be a bit nosy, stubborn, and she might be clairvoyant... and possessed by a demon.

I know you missed this super sulky werewolf that I dropped, like, ten months ago, but THAT'S OKAY YOU CAN FINALLY STOP CRYING, because Isaac is getting dumped on his butt back in here.

Anyway, Isaac is a beta werewolf from that super obscure MTV show, Teen Wolf. Since his stay last time, he's been updated to the new season and is now coming from post 3x12 where, despite being homeless and most of his friends abandoning him or, uh, dying horribly, he's in a pretty good spot. Less of a jerk, more of a useless hero. Or something. There's character development somewhere between the dubstep and sideburns I swear.

This guy's name is Heat and he's from Digital Devil Saga from Atlus. y'know... That game where everyone's dead, comes back to life, DIES AGAIN only to ollie off into the Sun to punch God in the face. They also get turned into cannibal demons, but that's life. 'v' Heat here - if you couldn't tell from the THEME NAMING and his COLOUR CODE - transforms into a two headed fire demon called Agni and has a personality to match. Those of you who have run into the rather cold and awkward Richter will probably be unhappy to know that HEAT IS PRETTY MUCH THE SAME
