Why not start with the exciting things for once! This is actually the last post I'll be making with this journal. No, I'm not dropping, but I am canon-updating Edgeworth to just after the first game, otherwise known as five years into the future. Edgeworth has now been a rather successful prosecutor for those five years... until like yesterday when he quit his job and fled the country leaving little behind but a very vaguely worded note.

And by fled, I mean he tried, because he ended up back in Exsilium for fun times with some of the very people he wanted to avoid! Sigh.

Oh, and his pet dog, Pess, is coming in with him, just to make life a bit more difficult or perhaps a little bit more manageable. We'll see. In any case, he will have some... rather different thoughts on the law than he once did, and I would really love the chance to thread with some justice types. And everyone really! He should be back by Saturday my time (STRALYA!!), or Monday at the absolute latest. (Essays, I will defeat you.)

OKAY, that's enough about Edgeworth. I'm also coming back with Rita Skeeter, quickquotes, so everyone's favourite tabloid reporter *cough* is in action once more! I would like to take a quick moment to apologise for dropping the ball on that post, although it was amazing to see everyone threading with each other! I intend to cause more trouble with her in the future, don't you worry about that. (And I always welcome plot hooks and submissions if anyone has anything they want publicly smeared across the city.)

TL;DR: I'M BACK, EDGEWORTH IS OLD, JOURNALISM.

Hello, Exsilium! My name's Lycoris and I'm brand new to this place, bringing you Yuusei Fudou, the protagonist of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, a show full of friendship, card games, gods, time travels and lord knows what else.

Aside from being a gifted duelist, he's also a genius mechanic, hacker, as well as a servant of an ancient dragon god. Not exactly a talkative kind, but always loyal and supportive to his friends. Long story short, whether you need a motivating speech about ~bonds~ OR your coffee machine is broken and has to be repaired, he's your man. The downside is he's got a sort of Messiah complex and tends to blame himself for almost everything, but hey, nobody's perfect. His pull point is near the end of episode 151, after the end of the final battle but before the conclusion of the entire thing that went down there (you wouldn't believe me if I got into details, honest).

Additionally, since he comes with the aforementioned mad hacking skills, there's this handy permissions post here if you feel like hitting it up.
