For the first of our bimonthly mission open logs, Transports will be sent to a small Mediterranean island in 1802, during the First Barbary War. They will be sent to the island three days in advance, and wait for a Barbary pirate ship to dock. When it does, the Transports will have the task of commandeering this ship and sailing it to another island within the Mediterranean, where they will leave the vessel and its cargo at the disposal of the residents of the island.

This post can be used for plotting with other players, and I'll answer any questions that anyone has about the event and open log.

SO QUESTION, do characters know what the mission is going to be before getting sent back in time? Or does the Initiative just kinda shove them back and say 'we'll tell you when you get there geez.'

Also volunteering Joker as the reluctant guy behind the wheel, because steering a boat is so much like driving a space ship right......
