since he already spoke with break about this before i might just have him drop a message in break's ic contact post specifically showing interest in investigating the current UE's capabilities and it'll go from there

Break will be at the Transport Log, and he will probably be wearing a scarf trimmed in angel feathers, on purpose to annoy his housemate. Who sheds. A lot.

Lucifer should feel free to pick up on this, if he likes, and strike up a conversation.
