Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of January, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

Character: Asch ★ Tales of the Abyss ★ iciclerain

Character Info: Copy pasting from last time, Asch is a very brusque, grumpy, bitter jerk that none-the-less can be very polite and isn't actually too hard to get along with. He is a soldier and very dedicated and diligent as a result and will have an easy time getting along with other similarly soldiery and dedicated types. He's also noted as being a good cook.

Upcoming Plans: Asch is going to go ruin the Olympics at some point, but otherwise he's open!

CR/Plotting Desired: Mostly I just need to get him involved in the game again after I was on hiatus for all of December! Some gen threads that involve some mild exploration, networking, or yeti killing would be great!

Character: Luke Skywalker ★ Star Wars ★ tagingwomprats
Character Info: Luke is the archetypal good guy hero from a galaxy far, far away. He's also a Jedi Knight. Technically. He was involved in the mutiny, but managed to skate by without getting arrested and now he's trying to settle back into the routine in Exsilium. He's still worried about getting home, but he's doing his best to help out with everything. He's impatient, though. And that might cause him to act a bit rashly.
Upcoming Plans: I honestly need to think about this a bit more and give him something concrete to do.
CR/Plotting Desired: Luke needs to branch out a bit more. More negative CR would be great. Or training partners.

Character: Asuka Langley Soryu ★ Neon Genesis Evangelion ★ redheadcarrier
Character Info: Asuka's an arrogant brat of a pilot, but the brattiness is really there to hide her own insecurities and put up a tough front. She has a lot of emotional and psychological damage she's still working through, but as always, she still manages to work toward being a bit better. At least until the next time she backslides. Tends to be a bit quieter these days.
Upcoming Plans: Work, earn money, live. She's involved in a mission to India and she'll probably start trying to get more involved with the war effort, if she gets a chance.
CR/Plotting Desired: Initiative people, people who can get her more involved in the war, people who can help train her. All good!

Fenris, Heath Burns and Dr. Facilier

Room Number: 904 - IDK where he's currently living. Probably a box.
Character Info: Magic hating elf with anger management issues. Is 90% likely to be a dick to your character.
Upcoming Plans: None right now!
CR/Plotting Desired: Fenris doesn't like anyone at first. It takes him a while to warm up to people, so persistence is key if you want good long-standing CR with him. Some of the people he's closest to in canon got that way by basically badgering him into it.

Character: Heath Burns ★ Monster High ★ hotdate
Room Number: 113 - Currently staying with Lee Ping somewhere.
Character Info: Teenage fire elemental who’s an arrogant womanizing jerk with a heart of gold.
Upcoming Plans: He’s trying to get a better hold on his powers and not doing a great job at it because he has the attention span of a gnat with ADD.
CR/Plotting Desired: Heath likes EVERYONE. There's almost no one he won't strike up a conversation with, earning his friendship ridiculously easy and it’s almost impossible to insult or anger him. It's IC for him to have a crapton of friends, so please do keep throwin' them at me. The only people he'll have issue with is those who treat monsters as evil things, because that ain't cool.
Also if your character is female he WILL flirt with her, if you don't want that to happen, I have a permission post HERE, just let me know and I'll be sure to avoid it!

Character: Doctor Facilier ★ The Princess and the Frog ★ changeitroundsome
Room Number: 155 - currently hiding in his voodoo emporium because screw living with other people.
Character Info: Conniving sociopathic witch doctor who can con people into thinking he’s the nicest guy around. Will make your dreams come true for a price. Not as advertised. He also has a sentient shadow that moves independently from him.
Upcoming Plans: Conning people, doing his thang. He’s aware his weapon evolves with deals, so he’ll be trying to make some more to gain power.
CR/Plotting Desired: Facilier hates everyone, so if you’re looking to create a genuine friendship with him…good luck! He will, however, pretend to be your character’s friend so long as the fake friendship can benefit him in some way. But make no mistake, the guy is consumed by bitterness and hatred and almost nothing he says or does is genuinely nice.
Due to his ability being essentially infomodding, I have a permissions post here. This is to share any info he can read in your character’s cards (and how much you’re willing him to know about them) and it’s also the place to go if you want him to make a deal with your character. And, of course, if you ever want to opt out of anything he’d try, this is the place to let me know! Regardless, I’ll always check with a mun if things are ok if I haven’t cleared it with them first. I'm open to anyone stepping up and telling me they don't like something, so please don't worry about approaching me about it!

Character Info: ALRIGHT, well. Annie's not exactly the most... friendly girl out there. She's taciturn, a little prickly, and generally keeps to herself (which makes it a joy to force her into interacting with people). She seems eternally bored in everything but hand-to-hand combat... She's a soldier who graduated 4th in her trainee corps and who went to the Military Police, and there's some more kinda spoilery things where she and her intentions are not quite what they appear...... but we're not going to explore that here just yet.
Upcoming Plans: Well, I'm writing up a post for her right now where it'll be possible to run into her while she's training, so there's that? Otherwise, not too many other plans... Getting the housing situation nailed down with the other shingekis, I suppose. Also continuing to get used to the area, snowball fights, yetis?? Who knows.
CR/Plotting Desired: I'm really interested in getting Annie some friends, especially friends she makes mostly against her better judgment. Also, pertaining to the post I described above, any other sparring buddies besides Eren! She's kinda choosey, but the quickest way to make her like you is to prove yourself a decent challenge. Also, this is a bit more complicated (and difficult), but anyone else (besides Armin?? also Armin? hi Armin) who'd like to explain the network and try to get her to use it? Otherwise... I doubt she would, haha.

Character Info: Alien princess teenage fish girl! Wow. She's generally pretty friendly and outgoing, and always willing to help new people out.

CR/Plotting Desired: I'm open to anything, but I'd love some more antagonistic CR (it can be hard to get her worked up...) but also people she can lean on and talk to and vent her feelings to.

Character Info: Tall, dark & undead. Koltira has an honorable heart, but it is literally physically difficult for him not to be an asshole.

Tetsuya Kuroko | Kuroko no Basuke | The Basketball Which Kuroko Bounces

Character: Tetsuya Kuroko ★ Kuroko no Basuke ★ ignitepass
Character Info: Kuroko is a tiny little basketball ninja that you will never see coming because he has no presence and his weapon is his misdirection. He likes basketball! And cute animals! He's actually friendly, but not very talkative, and is occasionally a little... weird. He has a permissions post here about his misdirection shenanigans!
Upcoming Plans: He needs to actually meet his roommates and more people.
CR/Plotting Desired: December ate me and has only recently spat out my reanimated corpse, so I want to do all the things! I'd love for some more substantial friends for Kuroko, as well as any shounen (or shoujo!) sports fanatics. They'd be great. Basically, anything and everything -- I need to get more involved!

Character: Korra ★ Avatar: Legend of Korra ★ braavado
Character Info: Korra's extremely spirited (hurhur). Things can get her down for a bit, but she'll always bounce back and try to overcome the obstacles in her way. Generally, she's friendly toward anyone she doesn't have a problem with, and is willing to step in and help people who might need a hand.
Upcoming Plans: Still putting together a supply-gathering group. She might also try to talk to Allison about a task force.
CR/Plotting Desired: I'd really like for Korra to have more female friends, and any kind of mentor figure, too. I think I'll be trying to work through Korra's lingering post-trauma issues this month, so anyone who could really help with that would be great. That said, I'm open to any kind of CR, positive and negative, so please don't hesitate to talk to me if you have any ideas!

Character: Mr. Gold (Rumplestiltskin) ★ Once Upon a Time ★ undealt
Character Info: Gold is an actual fairy tale character pretending to be a pawnbroker from Maine, if anyone asks and he doesn't have to whip out the dark magic. He is actually his canon's weird Faustian dealmaker who will do just about anything for you, so long as you pay the price. At the moment, despite his calm and collected smarmy veneer, he is actually a wreck, because this war shit interrupted his very important mission to save his grandson and die in the process, so a lot of his decisions are tinged with a bit of "well when I leave here, I'm going to die anyway, so let's make the most of it" which means he's prone to being both very dark and also genuinely decent, because he feels like he owes it to Belle to give her the best of what he perceives are his last moments, so this is a weird balance he has to strike and he is actually terrible at it.

He is Belle's boyfriend, so if you have CR with Belle, you may want to come SIDE-EYE him. And if you hurt her, he will mess your face up.
Upcoming Plans: Gold joined the DITR at Belle's bequest and his primary goals are pretty much assisting them with the war effort, mostly in regards to the SUPER SHADY STUFF. He's also willing to encourage people to get involved with things by currying favors- basically, if you have a character who might not be eager to jump into a situation, but has a desire or need that Gold could fulfill, we can probably work something out.
CR/Plotting Desired: ANNNYTHING. I am still getting my sealegs here, so I'd love for any type of CR. /chinhands

Character Info: short version: whimsical battle-junkie homunculus in love with nature and friendship.

longer version: friendly, mercurial, rather childish artificial being/test subject who is really into 1) flowers, 2) singing, 3) violence. He decides on friendship quickly. Have you spoken to him? He is probably calling you a friend. He loves friendship. FRIENDS! Generally he is pretty much a weirdo, a deliberate freakshow who likes to be rambling and whimsical. Also, he is amoral and is trying to get himself to be able to kill again without feeling empathy. It is hard!
Upcoming Plans: His plans: Continue to practice killing until the hesitation goes away! Learn to fight effectively with a kris. Encourage hilarious romcom antics among friends and associates.
My plans: continue to desperately search for a way to get him out of his situation

Character Info: Pedantic con artist/thug with a heart of gold (...turned shit stirring riot starter?????)
Upcoming Plans: Chiarlie's plans involve continuing to be a thorn in everyone's collective sides, ideally without a) getting shanked in hone process or b) arrested again. He's going to be doing some bigger overt stuff on the network re: talking about councils that kind of dropped off after getting planet side, but is also running a lot of smaller missions etc at the behest of the npcs. He's really interested in get getting together some kind of group to go talk to the new initiative and get information from them etc. So: political maneuvering at its most basic. He'll probably also probably continue to be a huge jerk, so my continued apologies with regards to that. I swear I love you all even if Charlie is being a tool right now.
CR/Plotting Desired: Anything and everything. I'm obviously okay with negative cr as well. I'm going to be doing some network posts no open logs but if there's anything in particular you'd like to do/get in on please let me know! I'm open to and happy to plot with anyone!

Character: Cosima Niehaus ★ Orphan Black ★ niehaus
Character Info: Cosima is a PhD student at the University of Minnesota and is super interested in evolutionary and developmental biology. She's a very open person, willing to both learn from others as well as teach them. When she gets excited about things, she can get carried away and can ramble on and on so be careful about what you mention around her. Also she's one of multiple clones so definitely don't get her confused with the others (she's the one with the dreads and glasses). As far as anyone knows though, the other clones are just sisters.
Upcoming Plans: I'm planning to deal with Cosima's illness and how she'll be coping with it.
CR/Plotting Desired: I'd love to get CR with characters who are knowledgeable about the sciences.

Character Info: Eleven year old girl who was eight when the zombie apocalypse happened. Tough for her age as she's seen a lot of shit and lost pretty much everyone she ever cared for, boo :c not afraid to kick zombie and human butt when needed!
Upcoming Plans: Clem is brand new so no plans beyond settling her in.
CR/Plotting Desired: ALL THE THINGS! Clem is coming in injured so people to help her out with that especially to start.

Character: Seras Victoria ★ Hellsing ★ bloodthirsts
Character Info: Police girl vampire with ridic powers who fights in the name of super secret British organisation called Hellsing to keep the UK safe from supernatural threat. Her dad-pire is basically Dracula and she once fought off an army of evil Nazi vampires who destroyed London. Super nice most of the time but also prone to super violence when bad guys are about!
Upcoming Plans: Not much of anything actually, I sort of floundered the past couple weeks and would like to get things back on track! Currently Seras shares an underground house with Walter and hunts various wildlife for trade with the Exiles.
CR/Plotting Desired: I would like anything! More friends and I would particuarly like to gain her some antagonists. Also people to go on missions with!

Character Info: Copypasting from last meme! Kano is a giant big fat liar with self-esteem issues who also happens to be possessed by a snake?? That snake part is something he probably doesn't know yet though. He enjoys being a brat, sticking his nose into things that he shouldn't, photography--basically he's like a big huge jerk kid with a good heart buuut bad methods of going about it.
Upcoming Plans:
-More missions probably??
-There may or may not be a party hosted by this guy later on.
-Weapon practice is always a thing! Kano wants to feel more useful so he'll be practicing his whole illusionary powers + such.

CR/Plotting Desired:
-Anything we talked out in past CR memes! Reconnecting with current CR! I've dropped the ball a ton these past two months or so, and I want to pick up from it. General fluffy shenanigans or serious discussions--anything really!!! This applies to pretty much all my characters.
-Kano's CR net is pretty wide and I'm satisfied with it, but I'd always love to throw him at someone new!

Character Info: Copypasted from the last memeeee: Teenage pilot with a ton of daddy issues. Recently got together with Kaworu. Trying to figure the rest out. He's getting gradually better at not being antisocial and is willing to actually go out and make friends at this point :|b

Character Info: Tiny loli angel with powers on the meta plane. She's renowned for her executions in her canon and seems cold and aloof at first glance. She has a kind heart, though, which she tries to hide when she's on the job.
Upcoming Plans: Dlanor's new, so I'm still trying to settle her in! I would like her to get more involved with the justice side of the game and such so I'll be trying that.
CR/Plotting Desired:
-Girl friends??
-Other justice-oriented/law-oriented characters.
-Mystery lovers!! She really likes mysteries.

Character: Yuri Lowell ★ Tales of Vesperia ★ jailbreaks
Character Info: Until recently in Exsilium, Yuri was an apathetic jerk, but thanks to all the fun stuff that happened he's starting to get involved which brings his "get shit done" side out. Along with his big brother side. He loves a good fight and with all the monsters here he's getting his fix in.

He loves teasing people and getting specific reactions out of them. Basically, he's a troll. But he's pretty easy to get along with and is very, very protective of those he considers his friends.
Upcoming Plans: Nothing specific, but he wants to get working on creating a good government here. Not just a half-assed one, a good one. Which means he might be pushing others to do what they can't, because he can organize things worth shit...
CR/Plotting Desired: I'd like people to get Yuri out there and convince him he's a good person now that he's finally gotten out of his shell.
Additional Notes: Nope!

Character: Gwendolyn ★ Odin Sphere ★ valkyria
Character Info: Banished self-sacrificing princess who will do anything for the ones she loves. She's a soldier and finds peace in the battlefield. She's also very loyal and very kind, though she has daddy issues she's getting over.

While she's kind, she's also really fierce and has no qualms in threatening to cut off someone's hands if they insult her or the ones she loves. And she will if she has to. After all, she kinda killed the queen of the underworld.
Upcoming Plans: She's brand new so getting acquainted with everyone will be what she's doing.
CR/Plotting Desired: Any and all because she is so brand new!
Additional Notes: None.

Character: Eren Yeager ★ Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin ★ counterattacked (slight spoilers for the first few episodes/chapters within)
Character Info: Child soldier who is super serious about what he does! Excitable and short tempered, sort of abrasive and rude sometimes and BASICALLY A GIANT DUMBASS, (occasionally a dumbass giant.) Pissed off at the UE for being assholes and pissed off at the Initiative for kidnapping people so pretty much pissed off at everything with nowhere very constructive to channel it atm, he's so outside his element here there are no titans.

On a more helpful note, he's actually sort of casually a jerk by nature and not at all charming and not even really the most fun person to be around most of the time (I'm so sorry) but despite being obnoxious and bad at making friends he's pretty quick to trust and he doesn't really hold hard grudges unless you are actually a Genuinely Terrible Person. He's curious as all hell, so show him a new way of looking at things or a new thing that's relevant to his interests and he'll be all over that.

ALSO HE CAN TURN INTO A GIANT MONSTER. that's a thing he can do if anyone...is into that

Upcoming Plans: Getting his ass kicked by Annie on a regular basis? BEYOND THAT I'm new and still trying to find my feet in this game and I could always use advice
CR/Plotting Desired: People his age to inflict normal(??) teenagerdom on him? Calming...influences... (possibly people who wouldn't mind a bunch of weird kids moving in with/near them? the Shingekis are still sort of sorting out what we're actually doing with housing in the long run I think)

Also role models/mentors I'm so weak to this. Especially because his only authority figures in game have dropped. He genuinely admires people who are strong and purposeful and who know more than he does, but they usually do need to prove it to him first. (RE: this, particularly soldier types! He's come into a lot of responsibility recently and he's having trouble handling the thought of being responsible for lives other than his own/having people die on his account etc etc. And people who can help him understand how to manage his energy and his frustration (and his anger by extension) IT WILL BE A TOUGH ROAD BUT WE CAN DO IT maybe

Dick Grayson | DC Comics

Character: Dick Grayson ★ DC Comics ★ pixieboots
Character Info: Dick is a super friendly, sunshiney angst bucket; the original questionably garbed child sidekick/kid superhero of his universe; and really good at doing flips.
Upcoming Plans: Dick took park in the infamous mutiny back in November and then publicly confessed like the noble dumbass he is, so over December he’s mostly been dealing with those repercussions by lying low a lot to spare the sanity of everyone around him. Probably that will change soon because reasons.
CR/Plotting Desired: Dick forever needs more CR with kids close to his own age for broing, and I love any opportunity ever to throw him at adults/older teens who might be willing to enable train him to be better or adopt him or even just tolerate his creepy stalking from time to time. His specialty is jerks with hearts of gold but he can definitely gel pretty easily with most character types. He’s also still struggling with his own strict no-kill code and how to wrangle it somehow within the context of Ex’s brutal war and I would love to toss him at characters with similar (or really different!) ideas about killing.

Character Info: Musician, asskicker, half-demon, often cranky and short tempered, but can be a cool bro sometimes.
Upcoming Plans: Oh god he has no idea what to do with himself in this new place. He's moved into monster commune so he's no longer busy building or doing supply runs. He's gonna start getting bored. So he'll be at home playing guitar, or visiting various people. But he'd be up for any missions or distractions.
CR/Plotting Desired: Let's do some missions! Johnny's good at punching stuff really hard. Also, he can charm info or items out of people, which he hates using his power for, but he'll do it if it's important enough. He kinda keeps that a secret though.

Character Info: Elmer is an outwardly friendly and pleasant guy who seems concerned with nothing more than keeping smiles in the faces of each and every person he meets. He's not always successful but that's not going to stop him.
Upcoming Plans: He's building an igloo to live in. He wants to make friends with the locals and maybe even a yeti or two. Maybe he'll fall into the Thames or something. It's Elmer, you never know.
CR/Plotting Desired: Missions? Winter shenanigans? Getting gored by a walrus? He's up for whatever. Have a rather anti-social or quiet character who needs someone to bug them? Elmer is your dude.
