She would be quite up assisting them in moving the beams to where they might need them.

Using that as a starting point for closer CR sounds good to me!

I imagine building materials might be a little difficult to find in this place. Aerial reconnaissance maybe? I could have him try to get in touch with her to do a little scouting and that is how she could find herself involved?

Celena would of course always be up for Aerial reconnaissance and she may have a good idea of where to look for materials already with her assistance with repairs to Rinth's office building turned non-human residence.
