Dick might on purpose seek him out for training since a lot of his other teachers have either left or decided for some reason that they shouldn't enable him
i mean wow what's up with that

Raiden will teach him how to track and survive without killing because kids should not be killers or they will end up like him maybe.

These are totally not things Dick ever learned from Bruce.
