Soldier Blue would want to ping Kate in relation to their talks on the UEAI..as things will be a-developing to get people back in time to do some of the things they went over

in the meanwhile, he's doing his damndest to keep his floaty spy ways up...if coming across her and having a need to contact her telepathically can be a thing, we can def work it out!

That'd be fine! Kate is obviously from a world where that stuff is normal and second nature, and that's definitely what Blue does.
