I think he'd be about a 16, actually. He murdered someone explicitly so he could rig a game he mods in an undead kingdom that he rules over.

That's higher than kidnapping but below murdering kin.

SHORT ANSWER: because Joshua is irresistible with those high heels on

LONG ANSWER: the AU version of Joshua actually tried to save his friends and put them back together after the Heartless destroyed everything. Like he actually wants to bring people back to life. There's this edge of 'Joshua fucked things up with them before and he's making up for it now'. So, in a way, he's kind of like Riku was in KH2.
