PACK CAREFULLY.
We have a log up for getting your feet wetcold HERE, and now we have a log for the packing and fussing and putzing on the moonbase HERE!
The latter comes with details. These details involve psychics being psychics and also the gathering of information for near-but-not-that-near-future mission/plot things. Soldier Blue has a mind to reach out to people for the sake of fleshing out the Earth's timeline, particularly where the UE AI is involved, and has been on-and-off taking stock of the people around him for the potential hazards/hardships it may entail. He is now on-again doing that while everyone is leaving, is what I'm sayin'.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS A VERY OPEN LOG, in that you can have complete threads and threadjacks without Blue even nosing in! Except for the part where he IS nosing in...at a distance. Pack your things, whine about snow, fight over the right to mod space pants into snow pants...sky's the limit before you get your feet on the solid, snowy ground back on Earth.
But for those who DO want Blue to interact in some way in said thread, Put a * in the subject line -- anywhere really, even further on in the post and I'll send psychics in (pinging me at whyellewhy on plurk helps get my attention too!) (I don't know how to link plurks don't look at me)
Speaking of which. Psychics. Yeah. He can hear unchecked thoughts, sense unrestrained moods and emotions, and glean most very distantly unless you are trained or naturally prone to blocking psychic interaction. This doesn't mean he looks at you and knows every secret you own; it's surface-based, and he's not diving into anyone's hearts right now. Just getting impressions.

Goals of this are for Blue to familiarize himself more with the populace new and old and start pinpointing candidates for future AI-related missions! He can be coaxed into divulging a bit, but nitty gritty won't be very abundant since this is still very much in the early stages.
All are welcome: those rushing to leave, those dragging their heels – or staying, even! You wanted to have a quiet one-on-one with an albino psychic, right?
Note you do NOT have to post in here to be qualified to participate in future plotting in this vein; this is IC CR groundwork/buildup, but it's not the only opportunity. OOC signups and plannings will happen further down the line after other events have taken place.
