Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of November, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

okay, so i want CR with Shinji and Gold for one reason and one reason only and it's that HAHAHAHA GOLD AND SHINJI HAVE ALMOST THE EXACT SAME EMOTIONAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS. This guy could be your future, Shin. it could happen. But no, really, I think it could be really fascinating.

And I just also really love your Shinji. I was the Misato that almost apped forever ago and since I'm still D E B A T I N G on that, I must have your CR another way. MUST. Cough. Yes.

I'M FINE WITH THIS TBH shinji needs to know more messed-up adul-- i mean capable adults. adults with totally no problems. responsible adults. yes. IN ANY CASE what does gold do!!! :0 i'm sure we can think of something.

GOLD IS A SORCERER/pawn broker/Machiavellian chessmaster and also secretly Rumplestiltskin. But he has a lot of issues with cowardice and being sneaky and dishonest and using his power as a crutch to deal with his severe emotional insecurities, and also daddy issues. It's seriously like 'well if Shinji could ever get over his issues and grow up normally, he'd probably still be THIS GUY." So the dynamic could be fascinating.

SOBS. YES. THAT WAS ME. I was scared off by the size of the game and then got dragged back and it's the kind of game where I just want to app all the people, so things could happen.

the first thing that came to my mind was 'gold screw around with shinji please' but then i realized this would be a terrible idea w/ terrible outcomes. also if he's a pawn broker then..... shinji could go to him for stuff!! especially if he advertises it and then they keep bumping into each other that way........ that could be one way B|a

yeah exsilium is like a gateway drug for characters like that. app one got 2 app another gosh darnit

Pawnbroker with ~magic~ so yeah. Shinji could easily get indebted to him if he ever had need for something a little... not normal, but Gold has a soft spot for kids, so he'll be nicer to him than he is with most people. HE LOST HIS SON RECENTLY.

I have another on reserve, because Maddie is evil. But if I go for a third, it will probably be Misato.

oh no gold that's horrible..... and in that case, maybe shinji could ask him for something a little abnormal since christmas is coming up and certain strange beings need strange gifts right.
