Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of November, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

Character Info: Only 16, Tear is very grown up and mature for her age; she had to be, growing up in a sealed city in the midst of an apocalyptic underground wasteland. She's a little shy, but she covers that up under an air of polite professionalism, and she has a secret weakness for cute things. A talented songstress and healer.

Room Number: 203
Character Info: Korra can be hot-tempered and quick to judge at times, but once you've made an ally of her, she's your friend for life. She's someone who wants to help people, to protect them if she thinks it's needed. When she isn't in a funk because of her canon point/bending problems, she's spirited, playful, and loves a good tussle to get her blood pumping.
Upcoming Plans: She's accepted that she probably won't be getting her other bending elements back soon, so she'll be trying to learn how to heal/fight without water/fire/earth. Also planning to put together a group of people who want to regularly go finding supplies for the moon base.
CR/Plotting Desired: Fighting partners! She'll be looking into types of sparring without bending and maybe having a look at other weapons, too. Also hoping to learn traditional first aid methods from some people around here. I'd love for her to make some more girl friends around here, too!

Character Info: shounen stepford smiler with a good heart and ridiculous personality. he's finally pulling out of some of the worst of his post-september sads and so is up for causing all kinds of mischief.
Upcoming Plans: oz is away for the mutiny plot and i have some missions in mind for him, but that's about it.
CR/Plotting Desired: ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. i'm still leaning more towards shenanigans than heavy things honestly, so especially more light-hearted missions or silly things to get up to would be great.

Room Number: 111
Character Info: Tall, dark & still kinda handsome (if you can get past the 'undead' part of it), Koltira is a violent disaster waiting to happen -- but he struggles to keep a lid on it as best he can. He has a strong sense of loyalty and honor, but not a lot of tact or patience. He's the best tank you'll ever have, though.

He is also undead elfdad to one Martin Darkov, so messing with Martin in any way means messing with him. That includes 'trying to date and/or look at funny'.
Upcoming Plans: Probably being Chloe's jailor and refusing to give her chocolate
CR/Plotting Desired: I really need to tag out with him more -- he's been around a long time and he needs to meet new blood. I'm going to try to do that in the coming month, so if you're open to new CR with him, please let me know! He's really not as bad as he looks. Most of the time.

Jesse Pinkman | Breaking Bad

Character: Jesse Pinkman ★ Breaking Bad ★ hostage
Room Number: 144

Character Info: Villain with a heart of gold, emphasis on the heart of gold. Jesse might be a few miracles short of sainthood, but bless him, he's trying. He used to be a devoted partner to the Southwest's most notorious meth kingpin, and he's a drug dealer and murderer in his own right, but he turned his back on his empire and tried to leave the business behind well before he even got here. Things never quite work out for poor Jesse, so it's been a rough road to redemption. In Exsilium, at least, he serves a more legitimate function as one of the Initiative's chemists, providing medicine, explosives, and chemical weapons as needed. His own weapon, which is based on his previous superpower, gives him the ability to transfer powers between individuals. He's only recently revealed this power to the public and he's reluctant to use it, but Jesse is the kind of guy who likes to help people and he'll usually do whatever's asked of him. He's a member of DITR and often the first greeter that newcomers encounter because he's behind the monthly baking and distribution of cookies on arrival day. As a victim of abuse, a recovering addict, and a former criminal, he may be crass, petulant, and even psychotic at times, but he's making a genuine effort and his empathy is sincere. He's rough around the edges but ultimately a sweet guy.

Upcoming Plans: Jesse is anti-mutiny and will take the powers of anyone he runs into who is part of the mutiny. If you'd like to plot something around this, please let me know! I would love to disable your character or have someone take Jesse out, violently or however it may go. I'm also interested in someone potentially murdering him within the next month, because I'll be taking a very long hiatus to travel in December and January and that'd be a great excuse for him to be gone. As far as greeting and cookies go, everything is currently up in the air due to the mutiny plot and some personal issues regarding a certain Walter White.

CR/Plotting Desired: Jesse's old profession is no big secret. If your character's looking for drugs, they probably know he's the person to go to. And yes, Saul did arrange for his stash to be brought to the moon, so he's got it even if he isn't manufacturing anymore. For friendly CR, Jesse's intimidated by most adult men and prefers hanging around little kids, teenagers, and women. He especially loves little kids because he has intense daddy feelings and misses his own baby boy. On the other hand, he doesn't get nearly enough negative CR for such a suspicious-looking character and anyone who wants to beat him, threaten him, or question his motives is welcome to it. Jesse's also flirtatious and will sleep with any woman who expresses interest - but he's homophobic and, again, scared of men. So sorry, boys.

Character Info: Feferi is an excitable, optimistic teenage girl who also happens to have fins and gills and looks kind of like she's part fish. She's fairly friendly and easy to get along with, even if you're grouchy and unfriendly.
Upcoming Plans: playing it by ear especially with the mutiny going on! So I have no idea how that'll go.
CR/Plotting Desired: I'm always looking for anyone to thread with, but definitely willing to offer Feferi for anyone who has unhappy/difficult characters and wants them to get coaxed into being more social.

Character Info: A decently sociable member of the Initiative, as long as you can take a little ribbing. May be slightly more wary of Transports after the mutiny.

Room Number: Unit 196
Character Info: Super-powered vampire, former police girl. Works as part of an organisation dedicated to protecting the UK from supernatural threats at home. Fought against a Nazi vampire army, actually over fifty years old. Friendly bubbly old lady girl with some anger issues underneath. Check her journal for her app or ask if you'd like more info!
Upcoming Plans: Seras has to react to the fact she missed the mutiny, orz, she's going to feel pretty bad about that. She'll be looking to try and help prevent this happening again. Plus doing more to help out in general.
CR/Plotting Desired: ALL THE PLOTTING. More friends, more enemies. Missions and shenanigans are love. If your character is a vampire Seras is interested in you, she helped initiate the vampire blood donation system in the clinic, Hellsing's mission continues even on the moon!

Character Info: A friendlycheerful healer priest who just loooooves killin those demons. But if you're not unholy, he's happy to be your friend!! (Undead are ok too.) He's also one of the heads of the clinic, if anyone is looking to absorb into that conglomeration.
Upcoming Plans: Aside from STRUGGLING WITH A SUDDEN AN UNEXPECTED LOVE TRIANGLE…THING, Ashraf has nothing and I got nothing for him! Aside from upset guilt, because he'll be out on a mission and missing the whole mutiny thing.
CR/Plotting Desired: He makes a really great YOU SEEM CONFLICTED AND/OR SOMEHOW UPSET, MAYBE I CAN LEND A MORALLY-UPRIGHT HAND WITH THAT? dude, and is super always willing to help people with any kind of problem they have, even if it's just advice. SO THERE'S THAT. He's probably also really keen by now on taking a vacation to some tropical place under the pretense of a mission, but would need a little coercing to actually go and do it. Anyone wanna make him do it. :V

Character Info: Hoo boy. Survivor of two Hunger Games, reluctant revolutionary, stoic girl on the outside who is a veritable hurricane of emotions under the surface. And you shouldn't get in the line of fire of one of her arrows.
Upcoming Plans: Missions! This is what I'd really like to be seeking out plotting for at the moment, because Katniss has interest in these for a few IC reasons and I have interest in them for OOC reasons because my finals will be coming up shortly. I think I'll be sending her on a solo mission during my week of actual finals (December 8-14), but I'm wide open for mission plotting before that, if you're looking to do mission stuff too c: (Also as a note, she is currently away for the mutiny plot)
CR/Plotting Desired: Ummm, see above for mission stuff. Also I'm also looking to cultivate some new CR for her! This can be anything; adult/mentor types, younger kids she can exercise some of her older sister instinct on, people her own age because god she could always use more peer group interaction.

Character Info: Miranda's a lovely, sweet, generous young woman with just a smidgen of neurosis and a gigantic helping of bad luck. She'll do anything for you, but no matter what it is, luck will see it almost or completely ruined. She's easily depressing and a bit panicky, but her heart's in the right place and she'll worry to death about you long before she bothers to think of herself. She tries very hard not to be a burden, but luck and a self-harming determination to help others causes her to over-extend a lot.
Upcoming Plans: As usual, nothing specific as of now, but I'm totally up for anything!

Upcoming Plans: He will FINALLY BE BACK FROM BEING CANON UPDATED on Dec 7th!! This will mean he's in a muuuuch better mood than he has been recently, so he'll be flirting like 5x harder than he has been. Good shit happened at home for once! Now how about a kiss.

Character Info: Giant big fat liar with self-esteem issues who also happens to be possessed by a snake?? That snake part is something he probably doesn't know yet though. He enjoys being a brat, sticking his nose into things that he shouldn't, photography--basically he's like a big huge jerk kid with a good heart buuut bad methods of going about it.
Upcoming Plans:
-practicing his eyes! he's weaponized his eyes, which allows him to create illusions, so he'll definitely be trying to find someone to discreetly test it on i guess?
-he'll be going around spray-painting the more remote + worn-down areas at one point :|b

Character Info: a therapist that overstayed her welcome with the family she was working for by three years. she's loud and sarcastic and abrasive and drinks a lot, and has an aging complex that led to her stealing a vampire's blood in hopes that she could become immortal.
Upcoming Plans: decidedly not trying to go home, because that's where she died (or so she thinks). snooping on people. the usual.
CR/Plotting Desired: let's argue! let's drink! let's let her be shady and have a low work ethic! let's - i don't know. do you need a sarcastic therapist at your aid? i'm sure you do at some point. also if you give her a compliment of any sort, she'll assume you're hitting on her, so that can be fun.

HEY I think she and Jack would get along quite well. They're both sort of PTSD-ish, and he'll have nothing but sympathy for her. Missions would be lovely. :3

Christopher Chareau de Red | Baccano!

Room Number: West Wing, 204
Character Info: App! A really friendly, whimsical, rather childish artificial being/test subject who is really into 1) flowers, 2) singing, 3) violence. He decides on friendship quickly. Have you spoken to him? He is probably calling you a friend. He loves friendship. FRIENDS! Generally he is pretty much a weirdo, a deliberate freakshow who likes to be rambling and whimsical. He tends to enjoy annoying people and mocking them and then playing innocent about it, because he is not an adult at all. Also, he is amoral, though currently he is tending to avoid killing people for various reasons! Thanks to Exsilium being terrible, Christopher is slowly breaking down to his attitude at earlier canonpoints, which really just means he's even more loudly whimsical and eccentric in his efforts to bury the horror ricocheting around in his head.
Upcoming Plans: For the mutiny, he's just going to be starting shit (and getting hit???) and other than that his main goals in life are to put off his inevitable Bad End for as long as possible. Also, he will apparently be feeding a lot of people home-cooked meals and desserts.
