Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of November, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

Oh good! Peeta is pro-Initiative but he doesn't want people to fight at all so he'll probably be trying to cool people down dsfjl other than that, I don't have many plans! what is Steph gonna be up to?
