Hellooooooooo my name is Alison and I'll be bringing in Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man (the Ultimate Marvel version of him). He's sixteen, a spaz, and generally a spider-guy. He's got the typical Spider-Man banter and snark, but he's minus a lot of his 616 self's bad decisions (which isn't to say that he doesn't have about five million of his very own). He'll be coming in after Ultimate Spider-Man #160.

As Spider-Man, Peter has a bunch of abilities, but the most relevant right now is his spider-sense. I tossed up a permissions post explaining that at length, though if there is any confusion, feel free to ask.

Dick is one of my favorite heroes, actually! I was thinking the other day about how Dick and Peter are a part of that category of bantery heroes that tended to define a lot of how comic heroes are written.
