Hellooooooooo my name is Alison and I'll be bringing in Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man (the Ultimate Marvel version of him). He's sixteen, a spaz, and generally a spider-guy. He's got the typical Spider-Man banter and snark, but he's minus a lot of his 616 self's bad decisions (which isn't to say that he doesn't have about five million of his very own). He'll be coming in after Ultimate Spider-Man #160.

As Spider-Man, Peter has a bunch of abilities, but the most relevant right now is his spider-sense. I tossed up a permissions post explaining that at length, though if there is any confusion, feel free to ask.

Hello Alison, and welcome to the game! I'm Ishmael, playing Collette from the 90's book series Animorphs, who's right toward the end of the series as a whole. I'm also one of the mods here in the game, and tend to run the NPC Artificial Intelligence who comes up on network every so often! Looking forward to having you in game, and I hope you have a blast! (Welcome to the zombie introduction?)

Quick question -- different universe Peter Parker, but she did know the last one we had in game (he designed her morph suit that she still uses, though she patches it up and ah-hahaha we'll not admire her sewing skills), but I wanted to check if you'd prefer her not to connect remembering Peter Parker to your own! I can also have her not know the comic Spider-man, as in the one you found in the newspaper rather than in traditional comic books. I'm flexible for whatever best works for you, and while I'm on hiatus for the next two weeks or so, I figured asking sooner means I can start off from the right place in the future!

Hiiiii. Man, this is one of those weird moments where I'm really aware that I stopped reading Animorphs too soon.

And in the Marvel universe (the comic ones, anyway, it hasn't really touched the movies yet, either MCU or otherwise), many of the heroes (including this Peter) are aware of the multiple universes where there might be ... other thems. Peter has actually been to another dimension, so he'd find it ??? at first. (And be jealous since this Peter can't design suits at all. Or sew very well.) THE LONG AND SHORT OF IT IS it's cool to both connect him and recognize him with the comic Spider-Man. This Peter actually has in canon jokes about how Tobey Maguire played him badly in a movie (though not as Peter Parker, since no one knew his identity), so he'd likely connect it to that.

My only thing is that if it was Andrew Garfield Spider-Man, that they might have some shared mannerisms, but I don't headcanon them as looking alike. Similar features, but you wouldn't stand them alongside each other and go "same guy, definitely." This Peter is a LOT shorter and while he's called cute, he's not Andrew Garfield cute. Also, his hair is lighter and tends to be thinner. (Whereas Andrew has a thick head of hair.)

Hiiiiiiii. There can definitely be shenanigans because this Peter looooooooooves Tony. Tony is one of his heroes. And he was also one of the guys being nicer to him and he gave him web shooters for his birthday. So while he'll be disappointed that your Tony isn't his Tony, he'll be happy about there being a Tony.

Spiderman, Spiderman~ I'm always happy to have more Marvel people here even if uh Nate kind of side-eyes a lot of people. He is a cranky old mutant and I think only knows 616-Spiderman in the general sense of 'everyone in New York knows Spiderman'
