Bucky and Raiden need to talk at some point. Not sure what about. There will probably be brooding involved.

....Raiden also has manpain about mindcontrol and manipulation and wants to scope out the UE.

Yes they should clearly discuss this over ice cream and/or violence. Does Raiden ever try to do reconnaissance work? Maybe they could run into each other on a stake-out or similar :|a

He does! Like...constantly. He also "officially" works security so he uses that as an excuse to Batman around the city.

Well hmmm, maybe Bucky could be sneaking in somewhere in an attempt to get more information on the UE and Raiden could be working his security job and ??? sad violin music plays. Does that seem like a realistic/workable scenario?
