Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of July, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

Character: Nash Latkje ★ Suikoden ★ latkje
Character Info: JRPG snarky mentor type. Is the Suikoden equivalent of James Bond and Bella Swan. Will probably meet his death at the hands of a badass lady, will probably enjoy it.
Upcoming Plans: He'll just poke at things like normal.
CR/Plotting Desired: ???

Character: Bucky Barnes ★ Marvel 616 ★ kneecaptain
Character Info: Bucky Barnes II: Electric Broodaloo, Shirtless in Siberia, &c &c. He was a teen sidekick, was brainwashed into being a KGB assassin for decades, then he became an Avenger because they let anyone in. Reports of his death have been greatly exaggerated, wanders the world in search of redemption and in constant need of a shave.
Upcoming Plans: He's got a real anger about mind control and will be trying to find out more about the UE but I don't really have anything particular planned
CR/Plotting Desired: I WOULD LIKE TO DO THINGS WHERE HE DOESN'T HAVE TO BROOD

Character: Eilonwy ★ Chronicles of Prydain ★ colur
Character Info: Bossy, vaguely teenaged, Disney princess but not Disney Princess™. Her movie did not have song and dance numbers and instead had hoards of the undead, but whatever, I play from the books. Stubborn, argumentative, prone to speaking in simile. Also an enchantress.
Upcoming Plans: Eilonwy doesn't plan, things just happen. She's important!
CR/Plotting Desired: Still pretty new and trying to find a good niche for her.

Additional Notes: I've been alternately hit by technical failure and real life drama the past few weeks but that's much better now and I'm excited to get back into the swing of things.

i love you for playing Eilonwy and i would love some CR with her. Axel seems to have bad luck with sassy independent princess types, so hilarity could ensue.

Oh yes I'd like that. If you like I could set up a random meet up log where they bump into each other perhaps literally? Or if you have other ideas!!

i don't have anything specifically in mind, but i'm probably going to toss up an open log sometime after apps happen! so we could def have them meet there if we don't come up with something more specific.

i'm tempted to say nash but eilonwy also intrigues me

It could be fun for Nash and Anne to go on a mission together eventually. They might work together well.

Yes, I agree. Either they could be sent back someplace sensible or be totally stupid about technology together.

Kate will likely send him a text or something to ask if he's okay since she's checking in on people post-bombing. I'M SORRY I SUCK AT IDEAS TO PREVENT BROODING... maybe grabbing a drink or something Kate brought back some fancy ones before Elmer's world exploded.

Also Mera and Nash or Eilonwy... I can't really decide there. :( I think that would be cute/fun CR between the two.

Eilonwy's kingdom/sorcerer palace just sank into the sea in her canon so she'd probably be interested in hearing about an undersea kingdom!! Nash will always talk to any lady he's easy like that.

I'll try to hit up people's inboxes tonight. She hopes Bucky is in one piece. u_u EDIT oh it seems we finally got a mission here! maybe we can have them hanging out and at the end of it the tablets go off to call them for it?

Mera would gladly tell her if she asked! I see you said below you'll be putting up a log for her so I'll keep an eye out and hit it up. They can be fancy (displaced) royals together.

Aw yis, Nash. 8) Maybe someday she can tell him about how Atlanteans are superstitious as hell about blond hair and left Arthur to die as a baby because of it. :( Racist toward blond people!!

hey he hasn't done that many stupid things okok Yeah but it'd be an excuse to talk to someone relatively sane/not hideously in despair compared to everyone else rn.

Bucky and Raiden need to talk at some point. Not sure what about. There will probably be brooding involved.

....Raiden also has manpain about mindcontrol and manipulation and wants to scope out the UE.

Yes they should clearly discuss this over ice cream and/or violence. Does Raiden ever try to do reconnaissance work? Maybe they could run into each other on a stake-out or similar :|a

He does! Like...constantly. He also "officially" works security so he uses that as an excuse to Batman around the city.

Oh, the Prydain books were wonderful. Probably one of my favorite fantasy series. :3

Would you like some CR...? I have a good-natured but stubborn swordsman/lord/hero-type.

And yes, that would be lovely! Just the kind of person Eilonwy would stomp her feet at. I'm going to put up an open log in the next few days for her, but if you had something more specific than that in mind I'm open to that too!
