• working on his magic! I think Atlas will need people to do magic training with, to push his fire and earth magic further, and maybe start working on water and air. (Air is going to remain a really difficult thing until The Right Catalyst but yes.)
• anything, seriously! Atlas doesn't speak, but he is a friendly dude out a lot at night. I'd love for him to do some stuff with other vigilantes or perhaps save some folks sometime :|a Making Donny talk to people is also always delightful

Character Info: Phoenix-themed immortal revenge-obsessed magic user. 1300 years old and most of her has died inside. Likes to talk about other people because it means not talking about herself.
Upcoming Plans: I legit don't know! I'm still settling in.
CR/Plotting Desired: The main thing I need immediately is for a few people to figure out what her deal is. In the future, the one big plot point I want to do is have her get left behind on a time travel mission into the past, and just wait it out until she shows up again in the present, hundreds of years older but still looking the same.
Additional Notes: Victor Hugo once got so mad he threw a baseball through a dog.

Character Info: Just a quiet guy who likes martial arts, writing, and is also a spandex clad hero on the side. He's also got some issues from discedo but that's what happens when you live in a place somewhat like Ex except with more monsters, no rebellion, and mostly everyone is dead.

Character: Thorin Oakenshield ★ The Hobbit ★ heirwithouthope
Character Info: A dwarfish prince that became a blacksmith in order to support his people after they lost their homeland to a fire-breathing dragon. Rough as sandpaper on the outside--majorly flawed on the inside. Though he cares deeply for the struggles of his race and adheres to a strict code of honor. Owns a petrified piece of wood.
Upcoming Plans: The recent war officially fucked Thorin up. He would've died on the battlefield if Nikolai hadn't stepped in and saved his life--but unlike a certain hobbit that did the same thing a long time ago, Nikolai didn't get a hug for his efforts because he also committed the unspeakable crime of shaving Thorin's beard off during the body-swap event, and Thorin had been settled on hating him for the rest of his life. And his arm is broken, which means his smithing and other crafting projects are on full hiatus until conditions improve.

So what we have here is basically a dwarf going through a moral crisis, re-examining his prejudices and lacking the ability to use both his hands, and disrupting what had been a very active existence, thus far. Fun for all ages.
CR/Plotting Desired: Positive/negative/trolling CR. Blacksmith/craftsman/jewelry-making type jobs when he gets his shit back in order. Sparring partners. Anti-Initiative peeps. Pissy-Thorin-in-a-cast shenanigans. He's also going to be turning his attention onto learning more about modern technology and weapons, as he realizes this is crucial in order to survive in this place, so someone that would be able to help him with those things.

Character Info: stubborn comic batsoldier type. sometimes has a temper on her, mostly has a big heart and a huge sense of duty she won't stray from.
Upcoming Plans: mostly have private missions planned out otherwise the usual cr building. she's been injured by adam, but she pretty much refuses bed rest. probably training bette soon.
CR/Plotting Desired: anything is a go here. i'm flexible.
Additional Notes: synagogue rebuilding is still a go if people were wondering. i doubt it's been completely fixed up just yet with all the missions and fighting that's been going on. if anyone wants another giant mingle post i can set up a log for people and they can tag in at will?

Character Info: Rose is a fifteen year old girl who's too smart for her own good, nosey, sarcastic, and a little bit of a god. She can kind of see the future but not really.
Upcoming Plans: Not much, honestly. She's a bit shell-shocked from the recent war so she might be keeping to herself some.
CR/Plotting Desired: Rose needs everything. Friends, patients (hehe), enemies, snarking partners, even love interests.

Character: Shelke Rui ★ FFVII:DOC ★ shelkethetransparent
Character Info: Shelke is a nineteen year old trapped in the body of a nine year old who spent a decade in an underground hellhole full of crazy people after being experimented on and tortured. She's emotionally broken and distant, but exceedingly smart, with a knack for computers and a frustrating stubbornness. She's been slowly opening up some, and has a few friends...sort of.
Upcoming Plans: Shelke got hurt during the war so she's recovering, and she'll be back to working on her various electronics projects. That motorcycle is almost finished.
CR/Plotting Desired: Shelke needs people to keep an eye on her because while she takes care of herself, she tends to become an anti-social hermit while doing so.

Character Info: Tiny super-genius who looks sort of like a vicious bunny-rabbit. She's very techologically inclined and doesn't see the point in things like basic social graces. Meaning: she's blunt. Very blunt. And also better than you, because she is an Asura.
Upcoming Plans: Not much in particular, though she's looking to better her inventions and weapon skills and such after the disatrous attempt at defending Elmer's world.
CR/Plotting Desired: Anything science-related will ping her hard. One or more of those sciencey groups starting up would be something she's very interested in. Or working in the Initiative's labs. She just wants SCIENCE, okay?

Character: Hitsugaya Toushirou ★ Bleach ★ icy_heavens
Character Info: Death god captain that looks like a kid. Who hates having that assumed about him. He's a very serious, grumpy sort who doesn't put up with a lot of nonsense. But when you get right down to it, he's a sincere little guy with a good heart. It just hides under negative language. He's a skilled swordsman, and has powers related to ice, and is also a spellcaster of sorts.
Upcoming Plans: I would really like to get this not-kid a job somewhere. He needs to have work to do or he'll go nuts. He's good at a lot of things, though I like imagining him at a desk job of some sort. Doing the books for someplace or something. He's used to paperwork. He'll also be taking a more active role in missions now that he's decided it's in the best interests of the Transports to help the Initiative out with the war.
CR/Plotting Desired: As I said, potential jobs and co-workers therein would be lovely. Somebody to drag him around and get him to do non work-related things because he doesn't know how to relax. Really, just anything in general.

Character Info: a suave, competent thief raised on the streets of new orleans, turned superhero, teacher, and adventurer. has the mutant power to kinetically charge objects so that they will explode. lives a life of luxurious decay to hide constant spirals of guilt.
Upcoming Plans: i had a few mini missions planned for him that will hopefully happen this month! other than that, the usual - skulking around, stealing things, making charming conversation.
CR/Plotting Desired: i'm open to pretty much everything, but i love negative cr. also it'd be cool if he could steal something important from a fellow transport, and something could come from that.
Additional Notes: nope.

Character: crystalia amaquelin/crystal ★ marvel 616 ★ crystalia
Character Info: sheltered space princess turned superhero and astute politician. crystal has a genuine love of life and care for people, and always does her best to help. she can be a bit haughty and entitled and has a temper, but for the most part is easy to get along with. her powers allow her to manipulate the four classical elements.
Upcoming Plans: she's working on rehabilitating a farm in order to grow more food for exsilium and the town. she is possibly also going to do outreach for the ditr.
CR/Plotting Desired: all sorts! i'd love for her to mentor/look after/annoyingly hover over some younger characters, maybe.

Character Info: Med'an is a teenage half-human quarter-orc quarter-draeni (they're space goats) who has an absurd amount of magic powers, but not a lot of experience using them to actually do stuff. He wants to be a hero, both here and back home, and firmly believes in the good of people/that evil must be stopped/innocents must be protected/etc etc. He's a bit naive and can be easily discouraged, but he tries his best.

He's also a normal teenager (other than being green and stuff) and likes reading and food and goofing around.
Upcoming Plans: HE'S MAD ABOUT THE U.E. AND STUFF and will probably be training with weapons/hand-to-hand/magic. He could also use some general hanging out times.
CR/Plotting Desired: Friends to goof off with, mentor-types, anything!

Character: Thereth ★ OC - Warcraft ★ unholy_rebirth
Character Info: Thereth is a huge talking zombie cow warrior. She's a death knight, which means she kills things and enjoys it, but she's also naturally very kind and gentle (assuming she is not killing you which she is probably not unless you make cow jokes at her). She likes kids and plants and drawing.
Upcoming Plans: PROBABLY GONNA DRAW ALL OVER HER WALL and possibly realize that her axe is sort of more bloodthirsty than usual.
CR/Plotting Desired: ALL OF IT.
Additional Notes: COOKIES SO I KNOW A BUNCH OF PEOPLE INDICATED THEY WERE INTERESTED IN HER CHILDREN'S WEEK POST and wanted to ask if anyone wanted to handwave some hanging out and baking cookies and bringing them to the orphanage shenanigans! Or we could log something if you want, but since it was a while ago and I wasn't expecting to do much with it, it might be easier to just assume. But yes. Hanging out with cows. :D

Character Info: Asuka's an ex-pilot who has loads of psychological nad personal issues. She tends to be arrogant and a bit bratty to hide her own insecurities, but she's a good person at heart. Lost an eye in the last big plot and that's rattled her a bit and I'm not sure where she's going to land with it or it's going to effect her. Should be a fun ride.
Upcoming Plans: Recover from her injury and try to figure out where she stands on being a fighter, on being useful to the war effort and her own sense of self. Lots of self reflection and so on.
CR/Plotting Desired: Looking for anything! People to meet, people to talk to, new friends or people to bounce off of. Maybe someone to help her get a handle on being a bit more handicapped.

Character Info: He is a magical unicorn but not lol he's actually a Japanese kirin and the guardian of the 42nd Holy King in his series. He loves to have fun and rarely takes life seriously, and he often likes to mock those who do since he thinks that it's the funniest thing ever LOL

Character Info: English noblewoman who disguised herself as a man during the Third Crusade and ran off to join the army. She became the steward of the leader of the Templar Order (bad dudes who secretly want to control your mind for peace), got kidnapped by an Assassin, had shenanigans running around Cyprus in a fugly side game, decided the Templars suck, decided to road trip with Assassin as long as he promised not to kidnap her again.
Upcoming Plans: Nothing specific planned right this second, because I just got back from a weeklong trip out of state and I'll be out of the country for a week halfway through June, but in general Maria will go along to get along but does not trust the Initiative.
CR/Plotting Desired: ALL KINDS. If your character knows the Assassins, that'd be a fun starting point, but seriously I desire loads of completely unrelated cross-canon CR. Maria is not used to technology or the equal treatment of women, so those might be some ping points. She's also about 30 years old so she can be a fellow actual mature adult for the older crowd or a theoretically good role model to the younguns.

CR/Plotting Desired: I ain't picky, whatever you need her for! She does like fixer-uppers though. Anyone who needs cheering up... the more stubborn, the better!

Character Info: A super confident confident and sassy pop star who loves music and has no qualms with showing off her talents. She may have a large ego, but she also has an equally large heart and won't hesitate to be friends with people. She's actually quite nice if you don't mess with her!
Upcoming Plans: Making a power ranger her bitch haw haw. AHEM. Well, Sheryl just found out that her power can drive soldiers to their knees, but in a painful way. In other words, she tested them out during the May 21st battle and is currently conflicted about them. Aside from that, she's finishing up the final touches for her new business! ... which I should post about OOCly soon, oops. Sup Exsilium, you're now getting an entertainment industry.
CR/Plotting Desired: Friends, enemies, more roommate shenanigans, musical rivals, people to troll and playfully tease, etc.

Character Info: Kanaya comes from a spartan alien civilization with a murderous moral code and strict caste roles. Her jade blood means she should be preoccupied with the cultural equivalent to matters of the hearth. Fussing over children and reproduction and household order and things like that. Oh, but she's also a walking parody of Twilight vampires. By now not only has the apocalypse thoroughly occurred in her canon but she's a CRAU with a number of bad experiences, which has led her to feel fiercely indebted to her saviors from such situations, the Initiative!
Upcoming Plans: Kanaya has been piecing her social circle back together after three of the castmates she cared most about dropped within about a month of each other, and combined with the spaceship crash, she's sinking back into the mindset that everyone she ever loves will leave or turn on her, and that nobody will ever really deeply need her more than anyone else. This inner despair of ever being in a stable situation has gotten severe enough that she would totally become a magical girl, I'm not even kidding.
But!! Having given up on long-term personal happiness, she is throwing herself all the more passionately into the short-term joys Exsilium provides, because for now there are people who superficially need her help and like her during the brief time they'll have together before an inevitable abrupt departure. She is working at the Madoka Magica bakery, training like she has no life, and member Number Ten of the Mekakushi Dan.

Get your Kanaya plots while they're hot because near the end of June due to a trip of mine she's going to leave for a series of missions that will take up much of July.
CR/Plotting Desired: What Kanaya's looking for is what I'm looking for: Friends, secretly with potential for deep soul sharing and bonding!
Additional Notes: The girl drinks blood but not the conventional human candy red variety.

Character: Raiden ★ Metal Gear ★ highfrequency
Character Info: Raiden is a cyborg ninja/samurai suffering from PTSD, though he does his best to mask his pain these days. It doesn't always work. He comes from a crapsack world where a bunch of military AIs tried to create a unified global nation with no borders by essentially embroiling the human race in a constant war-based economy (this made sense to the AIs at the time). Sound familiar?
Upcoming Plans: Nothing!
CR/Plotting Desired: Any and all CR is welcome. He will be trying to find work and keep busy.
Additional Notes: Very recently, Raiden was canon updated to Metal Gear Rising. After fighting Adam Jensen he disappeared for 24 hours and came back. What passed as one day for Exsilium was 4 years for him so he's still trying to adjust to that. The pain of what happened with Adam and Elmer's world is still raw for the other Transports but for him it was a long time ago.

It is worth noting he went through a traumatic experience back home involving losing the data chip in his left arm. It caused horrible, vivid flashbacks and hallucinations so his memories of the war he fought in as a child are back in blazing color in his mind. This means that, despite smiling more, he is more unstable than ever.

-Lives in the Apartments on the fifth floor
-Can sometimes be seen wandering the hallways, absently picking up trash
-Has a Papa Wolf instinct towards children. Let me know if you're interested in him trying to keep your character safe from combat if you play a "kid".
-Is still suppressing his killing instinct (Jack the Ripper) but this side of him may emerge if he fights someone he really wants to see dead. The Ripper is basically to Raiden what Battosai is to Kenshin.
-Loves movies and anything having to do with samurais and ninjas. Ask him about King Kong. Do it.
-Practices katsujin-ken, the art of the Life-Giving Sword via issatsu tasho techniques. He is hugely devoted to this, which means he will probably try to protect your character whether they (ICly) want or need it or not.
-Professional military trainer. Teaching soldiers how to fight and keep peace was part of his job back home so he'd be willing to train your character if they wanted him to.
-Not a bad person but deeply troubled. His world is one of moral grays

Character Info: Psychic immortal elf nobility, in a nutshell. Stubborn and proud, but kind and generous. Intelligent, wise, all that jazz. Makes a great mentor figure.
Upcoming Plans: This latest event (and the fact that her daughter died in it, even if she did come back) has really shaken her. It aggravated already existing guilt issues with her daughter and Survivor's guilt, basically. She's going to be throwing herself into clinic work for a while and fussing over other people. Because tending to other people is a great way to deal with your own problems, right?
CR/Plotting Desired: GOSH, she really needs to talk, but she's not likely to open up without some poking. If anyone is brave enough to do that, I'd love you forever. On the flipside, if your character is in need of a healer or a compassionate ear, Galadriel is your woman.

Eventually, when things calm down, I'd also like to get a little garden project going with her, especially since she's got Nenya with her. And it would do her a lot of good too.
