announcement: activity check information

Just to let everyone know, there will be an Activity Check (our first) nearing the end of the month! We are currently shooting for March 22nd for our first AC. After this activity check, they will be a once-a-month occurrence at the end of each month.

Activity Check will be done manually by the moderators, who will check for activity and provide lists of the characters who do not make activity. The following are our activity standards for Exsilium, which will be posted alongside the Activity Check as well:

TWO (2) of these FOUR (4) requirements must be met within the span of ONE MONTH.

A) One post in the main community OR;
B) One comment thread a minimum of 7 comments long, where those seven comments are comments left by your character OR;
For example, a thread of fourteen comments between two characters back and forth would have roughly seven comments from your own character within it. That would make the requirement. This does not have to be on the same post, and can be on another character's entry.
C) One post in the logs community OR;
(This can be a log comment posted inside of an open log, or it can be its own standalone log post.)
D) One reply to a log thread by your character at minimum.
For example, if you post a log post in the logs community and someone responds to your log comment, you must respond to that other player's comment a minimum of once in order for it to count for activity.

You can combine these four options at your leisure. Activity will be met with a combination of two of them out of the four; for example: A+C, B+D, A+B, etc.

Characters accepted after the 15th of the month are exempt from Activity Check.
