Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of July, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

About:

Koltira is tall, dark & handsome, at least for an undead elf guy. He's stoic, taciturn, and violently-minded, but also honorable and compassionate.

Adrasteius is short and angry and self-righteous. He administers the Transport-run clinic (along with Ashraf) and takes the job very seriously. He also takes pretty much everything else seriously. He'll fix you a good dinner if you need one, though.

Wrathion is a smug baby dragon with phenomenal cosmic power and very little emotional maturity. He's the last of the black dragonflight (or so he proclaims) and just a bit shady.

Upcoming Plans & CR/Plotting Desired:

Koltira just finished handling the business with Byfrost (thanks to the gracious assistance of many Transports) and WOULD BE in a good place, if not for the fact that he is VERY SORELY missing his HUSBAND AND CHILD !! Presently his focus is on trying to help Nightcap, because he knows that she is actually Martin Darkov's sister, Regina. If you want to help or hinder him in that regard, let me know (though he will ultimately make a decisive move on this front).

Adrasteius is slightly less mana-starved thanks to Artemis's forcible intervention, so he's back spending most of his time at the clinic and being totally unaware that Catsovi has a lock of his hair in a drawer somewhere. I am open to any kind of CR with him, pos. or neg.; he shrieks a lot and is very absolute in his opinions, so that can be kinda fun :v

Wrathion is presently sick with a minor flu that he will exaggerate beyond reason (probably in a post later today). Pls feel free to tell him that he is a brat.

Character Info: The human hero of Starcraft, former marine, former bank robber, former planetary marshal who is the one human who dares meddle in the affairs of the overly powered Zerg and Protoss.

CR/Plotting Desired: I'm looking to figure out a way of reenergising my muse in here. I was sick most of last month and it kicked my butt. I'd LIKE to get into something that isn't TOO terrible to help me bring the muse out of sleepynessness.

Character: Jesse Pinkman ★ Breaking Bad ★ hostage

Character Info: Villain with a heart of gold, emphasis on the heart of gold. Jesse's a drug dealer, meth manufacturer, and murderer - and he feels really really bad about it. He tried to get out of the business but his own addiction drew him back into it and he currently works as a chemist for the Initiative. Criminal profession aside, Jesse's a genuinely nice person - rough around the edges, but sensitive and well-meaning.

Upcoming Plans: Jesse is flying under the radar now that he's settled back into the role of sidekick to Walter White. He doesn't have a whole lot going on, as a result. He'll be doing the cookie thing as usual. Then he might be going on a mission with Saul. He's in a reactionary position right now, basically. I'm more or less back from hiatus but I probably missed some notifs so prod me if you wanted Jesse for something. Unfortunately he is not at all in the frame of mind for seeking out others, so you'll have to come to him. And bully him, maybe.

CR/Plotting Desired: Friends, enemies, criminal buddies, kids to look after, people to buy drugs from or sell drugs to... Negative CR is fantastic. I'd also love any excuse for him to use his weapon, which is the power to trade or take away supernatural abilities.

Character Info: Jaded lying empath who hates most everything and is quick to overanalyze everyone's issues. Also she gets her powers from a dragon god and nobody knows or cares.
Upcoming Plans: Back...tagging the beach trip because you know what is hard, logging a beach trip when you're traveling to a bunch of beaches.

Character: Yuri Lowell ★ Tales of Vesperia ★ jailbreaks

Character Info: Yuri Lowell is your typical delinquent. Getting in trouble is nothing new to him and he’s always up for a good fight! Though underneath that is a pretty caring dude who will fight tooth and nail to protect his friends. Though being friends with him is easier said than done since he prefers to keep his distance from everyone. He’s also kind of batman on the side, but eh, details, details.

He’s someone who’s decent and teaching others how to fight, but it’s more or less street fighting. Formal training is the last thing he can teach since even if he’s had it, he still puts his own spin on things.

But overall, he’s a pretty casual dude and is a good listener when someone just needs to vent. So while he’s sarcastic and witty, he’s a good friend when he wants to be.

Upcoming Plans: Nothing….

CR/Plotting Desired: Anything really. He should be getting one of his tamers next month so he might start acting abrasive.

Character: Hubert Oswell ★ Tales of Graces ★ omurice

Character Info: Hubert is a 17 year old lieutenant. He was adopted off from his family as a young boy so that event really had hurt him. He’s often cold and abrasive with a side of sarcasm but only because he’s shut himself away due to being hurt emotionally at 10 years old. He’s working on repairing a damaged relationship with his brother and is learning to open up a little more, however he’s rather ambivalent about that.

However, he’s very bookish, observant, and smart. If you need someone to research with, Hubert is your guy. He’s also a closet fanboy geek, but he’ll never admit that.

Upcoming Plans: Possibly becoming roommate with Asbel, his brother. We’ll…. See how this goes.

CR/Plotting Desired: It’d be nice if I could get some friendly CR for Hubert who will be able to stand his abrasiveness. Basically, the stubborn, befriending types. :3c

Character: Saori Nakagawa★ original ★ needsteaplz
Character Info: Saori was a hardworking girl who had to take care of little brother after their parents died when they were still small. Then she was spirited away and her soul ripped from her body. Her life didn't end there. She joined in a corps run by the son of Shinto god Inari. Later, she marries him and the two become the next Inari. Also, she has almost two years of game history in tvk, where she became a Persona user.
Upcoming Plans: She runs the Uji tea house, willing to be a sparring partner to people, and teaching people how to cook.
CR/Plotting Desired: All the CR positive and negative! Relationship wise, she's got an open marriage but is okay with dating. It's not an easy path but worth it.
Additional Notes: There will be a master OOC post for the tea house eventually.

Character: Maria Thorpe ★ Assassin's Creed ★ givetheslip
Character Info: English noblewoman who disguised herself as a man during the Third Crusade and ran off to join the army. She became the steward of the leader of the Templar Order (bad dudes who secretly want to control your mind for peace), got kidnapped by an Assassin, had shenanigans running around Cyprus in a fugly side game, decided the Templars suck, decided to road trip with Assassin as long as he promised not to kidnap her again.
Upcoming Plans: Nothing too specific—after hiatusing for most of last month, I'm trying to generate some new solid CR, so now is a great time to plot anything that sounds cool, or just throw people together. She is kinda-sorta undercover since the only other Templar around thinks she's still loyal, but that happened somewhat accidentally. I'll probably have her do her first network post soon.
CR/Plotting Desired: ALL KINDS. If your character knows the Assassins, that'd be a fun starting point, but seriously I desire loads of completely unrelated cross-canon CR. Maria is not used to technology or the equal treatment of women, so those might be some ping points. She's also about 30 years old so she can be a fellow actual mature adult for the older crowd or a theoretically good role model to the younguns.

Character Info:
Charlie is a rough looking dude with a typically fairly gregarious attitude. A bit of a know it all, a bit of a nerd for pop culture, a massive history buff and just slightly shady -- oh and enjoys punching things quite a lot.

Shepard is a rough-around-the-edges space marine type. Asks a lot of questions, doesn't talk about herself much. Very blunt whether you like it or not.

Upcoming Plans/CR Desired:

Charlie tends to be fairly biddable with no definitive plans beyond 'stay alive, don't get too bored.' Beyond some planned private missions and roommate shenanigans and patching up his relationship with his current lady friend, I don't have much on the horizon for him.

Fresh off the flight of the new spaceship, Shepard definitely wants to get into touch with DITR/anyone in the know with the Initiative and see what they can do about militarizing the girl. Guns. Every ship needs a nice gun to go along with it, right? (Also probably running missions? So if anyone wants to apply for a private mission, I am all over that.)

Character Info: Fenris hates all living things. But he especially hates magic and those who use it. He's a hypocritical ass, seriously who even wants CR with him.
Upcoming Plans: None so far, but if, by some miracle wherein rainbows scatter over the sky and pigs flap about on angelic wings, he's managed to actually GAIN a friend, please let me know! His weapon upgrades itself with every three friends he's able to make.

Character Info: Seviilia is a death knight and also a blood elf. Unlike some of the other death knights, she has a little less control over her...killer instinct, so to speak. There hasn't been a transport yet who has triggered it, thankfully, but she has been known to kill a civillian or two in the dead of night. She's since halted that after Koltira caught on and told her to CUT DAT SHIT OUT but she's liable to try again if left alone for too long.
Upcoming Plans: NO BIG PLANS CURRENTLY, but I'd really like for her to maybe rough someone up/kill them and get some consequences rolling in that direction. She's used to getting away with wonton killing at home because there's so much for her to throw herself at, and in Exsilium there is considerably less and she's also living in close quarters with a lot of people. So yeah. That.
CR/Plotting Desired: Oh I just answered this didn't I oops. She's got some pretty neutral and positive CR going with a lot of people, I'd like some negative if anyone's looking for that sort of thing! BUT I ACCEPT ALL CR, GIVE IT TO ME. She hasn't gotten close enough to anyone to really talk about why she is the way she is (aka so much more unsettling than the contrite dks of exsy), so I'm still down for all positive CR also.
Additional Notes: I'm apping back a certain shapeshifting cultist (bloodsnap) next month and she's on the test drive meme if anyone wants to do something with her if she gets in as well! Also obligatory gif:

Character Info: lying child who lies with lies. sweet and kind deep, deep down. mostly a giant little brat. currently freaking out because holy shit brother and brother is poking holes in all her lies just by existing thanks robb. currently staying with robb after she hid out at tony's for a while.
Upcoming Plans: tell someone her real name. but that will take a while. in the short term, I've got nothing.
CR/Plotting Desired: She needs more people in general. She's sort of alienated herself a bit after drops and her brother arriving so more people who would be willing to put up with the hissing kitten that is Arya would be adored. In particular, anyone who'd be willing to teach her things (ex. history, firearms, stealing, math, you know usual school subjects), people who would feed her (WHERE MY GARDENING PEEPS AT), someone who would look out for the kid regardless of the fact that she's got a scary giant wolf not-puppy following her around, just everyone. Doesn't matter how mismatched they'd be, let's throw them together and watch hilarity happen.

Character: regina mills ( the evil queen ) ★ once upon a time ★ disheartening
Character Info: manipulative! ambitious, ruthless, cruel, has a soft spot for children, powerful, envious, suspicious. strict, organized, professional. regina is the evil queen, she's a master manipulator, a great liar and an overall power-seeking, ambitious woman. she does have her softer sides too but it takes a while to get those to come to surface.
Upcoming Plans: she will still try to pretend to be the kind, caring, madam mayor, gathering support so she can rise to power as the city's mayor and then do whatever she wants because she's the evil queen. she's planning to disheart a native and sort of bow them to her wills but that would depend on a mod approval and will be discussing during the month!

she will also have a mirror plot. meaning, characters who would want, she can come visit by pretending to ask a question/whatever and enchant their mirrors! so she can look into the room whenever she wants. aka spying.

Character Info: Warden from Thedas, a world of dragons and magic and no real happy endings. She's now a Warden-Commander who has gone off exploring on her own in between missions for the Wardens.
Upcoming Plans: Further exploration of the Outlands, sparring, potentially helping to put together a team to teach people self-defense? I know someone was doing it but I'm not sure they're still around.
CR/Plotting Desired: Everything! She needs some new direction and I need to shove her back into the game more.

Character Info: Warrior with the blood and soul of a dragon tasked with hunting down and killing dragons. Also with destroying a dragon called the World Eater before he...eats the world. Yep.
Upcoming Plans: Investigating some of the things brought back from the beach mission. Chatting up people, sparring.
CR/Plotting Desired: Sparring partners, people to ask why the hell Signore Spooky Man (of_the_lake) follows her around and calls her Master. The usual.

Character Info: A mutant superteen who can possess people by looking at them. Likes music, art, and nice happy things (why is he fighting crime again??). Currently experiencing some growing pains where responsibilities and mortality is concerned. And...y'know. Actual physical growing pains because 14 years old, ain't gonna be short forever.
Upcoming Plans: EYE OF THE TIGER lots and lots of training and working hard. Will need spars and trainers and mentors and....oh man that'll be exhausting. He will also be rather in need of some creative inspirations where he can find them!
CR/Plotting Desired: ANYTHING THE ABOVE CAN SUPPLY AND THEN SOME. I'm good for all. He is a good support character who can back you up on any number of things. He helped a dude get a car once. It's true.
Additional Notes: He also has a fancy-schmancy new outfit so no more tights :'(

Character Info: A sad little monster hunter boy who died and is now a pleasant, sometimes glowing soulchild. Bound to a zombie. Currently lost to the ether and places unknown until the Nightcap's taken care of.
Upcoming Plans: HEEEE'S FINALLY COMING BAAAAACKKKKKK...but he will look quite different when he does! But only for a little while. Still.
CR/Plotting Desired: MY HEART DESIRES EVERYTHING
Additional Notes: He will probably need assistance getting fed and hidden out of sight of easily frightened people for a time jsyk...FRIENDSHIP BONDS, PLEASE HOLD FAST. He may also wind up getting up in your grill if you get up in a certain Person's grill. He apologizes in advance.

Thassarian is a very nice guy, for a Death Knight. He's undead and a little awkward around the living but he's getting much better with that! If you ever want a friend that can always be counted on, he's your dude.

Kirian is an asshole don't talk to him. He's a little bristly and emotionally walled-off but has begun to open up a little bit, as of late. He's starting to realize that he can't just wander around pissing people off and not expect them to retaliate how about that?????
Upcoming Plans: Nothing for Thass, but he NEEDS to go on a mission. I have one in mind, if anyone wants to go and kill Vikings?????

Kirian might be starting a little mage club who knows.
CR/Plotting Desired: Thass needs more FRIENDS. Kirian needs more FRIENDS, as well, but I totally expect negative CR with him half the time! If you're a cute dude, Kirian will probably hit on you, too. Sorry.

Character Info: Barbara, aka Oracle, is an obsessively dedicated cat herder vigilante wrangler. She'll be attempting to duplicate that role in Exsilium as much as she can - which, in part, means making connections. She's typically friendly, in part for that reason, though she will definitely snap back if annoyed. She has a soft spot for the younger ones.
Upcoming Plans: Trying to backtag the beach log, sob. Otherwise she's still settling in, gathering intel and figuring out what kind of things she can achieve tech-wise.
CR/Plotting Desired: ALL OF THE THINGS, seriously, but Babs can always use fellow geeks to chat with, whether it's computers or literature or mechanics or history. She's also trying to scout out who she can really trust, and how she wants to work with them.

Character Info: She's a very nice girl who likes making friends and baking things and she's picking up on all this modern stuff because none of it existed in 1710 where she's from. She's really chipper and excited a lot! She's really sweet about this one boy named Huey and for him she'd do anything which includes killing a few people.

Upcoming Plans: We've got that boy Huey on the reserves page for the upcoming month, so when he's in the city Monica will be paying a lot of attention to him. But aside from that, she's going to continue doing her usual thing of talking to people, being friendly, and baking, and making friends!

CR/Plotting Desired: I'd really just like her to meet people and talk to them and become friends with them! She lived in a strange isolated town and went to school in a strange isolated library so the world is large and unknown to her.

Character Info: Giovanni is a man from Renaissance Italy. He is very happily married and has four children, one of which (Ezio) who is here in Exsilium. On the surface of thing he leads a very simple, happy life, but secretly he is an assassin. He hides this side from most people but a few people he trusts or who happen to see him in action do know.
Upcoming Plans: I am going to make a post next month searching for a good weapon smith. He has a broken hidden blade and could use someone with smith skills to repair it.
CR/Plotting Desired: Friends, enemies, he is still pretty new and could use a bit of everything.
Additional Notes: I might be on hiatus or at least very slow in the first part of August.

Character Info: Drift is an ex-Decepticon and now ex-Autobot after being ejected from the ship he was serving on, the Lost Light. He's a bit of a dork and even more of a weeaboo. Also very much a try-hard wkth the right people. Since he recently lost the only companion of his kind, he's been just a tad bit lonely, much to his chagrin, though he would not easily admit to such.

He's got a lot of learning to do, and he's a bit screwed up, having been at war almost his entire life. He has trouble functioning outside of war.

Upcoming Plans: None unfortunately!
CR/Plotting Desired: Literally anything. Drift does need more people to protect so that he feels useful, but friends, enemies and everything in between is welcome.

Character Info: a young man who aspires to be a brave warrior of the sea. Shitty pirate, unconventional sniper, little but high strung and a black belt level of bullshitter.
Upcoming Plans: I'm a blank slate!
CR/Plotting Desired: Usopp needs a level of stress to operate effectively. Also, I'd like to have him offer to work on weapons for people. He'll try to grow his pop greens so he'll need some help there.
Additional Notes: Got a little whomped in the past week cramming for a professional exam. It's... Tomorrow so expect to see a lot more of Usopp here soon!

Character Info: Pretty much she's a lighthearted (hurhur) girl with a little bit of a tomboy streak. She's brave and can be very bold when her friends are in danger. She will hook anyone that is nice up with embarrassing stories of Riku when they were kids ;3

Upcoming Plans: Bothering the seasalt trio, getting adjusted to the city, and probably training.

CR/Plotting Desired: Strong females and just really anything. I don't have any immediate plans thanks to things being a bit hectic for me. I would like to her training with others.


Additional Notes: I've been on hiatus practically since I apped in and I do apologize for that. She's been pretty much on auto pilot so if anyone wants to handwave any interactions who are part of her cast or might have waved at her randomly, then let me know. o7

CR/Plotting Desired: collette and lenalee will be going on a fabulous (strenuous) mission sometime in august, for the sake of female bonding and gratuitous war-angst. besides that, i don't have much of anything planned (and if i do, then i have currently for...gotten... it).
