Yes, particularly if they do a bunch of interaction under handles and whatnot first. Ally is kind of like 'THIS NETWORK SUCKS GOD' and she needs like, constant info flow to not be a neurotic basket case, so she may end up setting a VR hang-out point and the network data equivalent of white noise generators, which might get Oracle's attention?
