there's a zombie on your lawn

HELLO this is Lyn again; I already have Zel, but I brought this fellow to the test drive meme and decided to go ahead and app him! His name is Koltira Deathweaver & he is a blood elf death knight from World of Warcraft. He will never actually dance like that (unless he is injected with something very powerful). As everything about him implies, he is undead and not really loving it. He has a big sword that he calls Byfrost, likes drinking scotch and has to engage in violence regularly so as to stave off madness via agony.
I AM SURE HE WILL BE GREAT FRIENDS WITH EVERYONE <3

i should draw more suspicious icons just for running into your characters
also hey do you think heals would effect him in the same way (do damage instead of heal), or is there a different mechanic in WoW for that?

holy magic heals undead characters (in fact, undead can even be holy priests) BUT it is also extraordinarily painful. fandom's conception of it (and I tend to agree) is that it's like a very intense cauterization. The wounds will close in response to holy heals, but it will not be a pleasant experience for the wounded.

in RO there's also holy light, which does (weak) holy damage to any kind of target, but strong holy damage to undead/demon. and blessing blinds and confuses, like i think i rambled about in the thread with zel... any thoughts on the effectiveness of those? :T

re: spells, though--if it's a damage-based holy spell, then yeah, that will get'im! for the purposes of game balance, undead NPCs/PCs are not typically worse off from holy damage than other schools of magic, but I really have no problem with holy putting the greater hurt on him. The only thing with death knights is that, as a class, they have a million and one ways to neutralize magic/spell-casting (this is why I hate them when I play my mage in PvP, and love them when I am playing as one, versus mages), so be warned that he will react very badly if Ashraf uses holy magic against him X)
