Enforcing Transparency - Gauging Interest

Osprey is getting sick and tired of waiting for the Initiative to start sharing information, so he's starting to think about taking action to remedy this.

Who would be interested in joining Osprey in a data-retrieval op against the Initiative? Let's see who's in, then we can start figuring logistics of getting the bunch together and the like.
