Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of November, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

A YEAR LATE BUT...

So as of this month I now have this Devil Hunter who killed his own universe's Lucifer. There could be some potential lunacy here, perhaps?

....Speaking of lunacy does Lucifer know Dante? I always sort of figured that subplot in Nocturne could be taken or left as a thing that actually happened in the series so I'm cool with whatever you're comfortable with there.

Yeah it's exactly as much of a cameo as you'd expect! In a re-release of Nocturne in japan, Dante was even replaced with another SMT character so probably not too important.

But having said that I wouldn't mind him recognizing Dante as that one guy he hired to be a training wall for his god slaying half demon monstrosity and vice versa. Everyone who recognizes Lucifer from other canons recognizes him as Lucifer here too, so I wouldn't mind another face to be like "aw shit look who it is" except actually (sorta)canon.

Dante is taken from the first game so he hasn't reached the point where he would have (not) experienced the Conception. BUT! I think there could be some room for interesting CR if Lucifer recognizes him! (Which again is your choice entirely). Being told by another world's version of the Devil "Hey, I hired you once you test this guy!" would give him the aching feeling of "Yeah, sounds like the sort of thing that would happen to me..."

As a side note: If it ever comes up, Lucifer has permission to know Dante is a Half-Demon. Because, honestly...

Character Info: Thief, professional driver, con artist, saboteur-- and most recently, part of the duo stirring up a little mutiny on the high seas with all their friends.
Upcoming Plans: UH. A trial. She's attempting to attack Jesse within the next few days (which will fail, thanks Roslyn) so after that I'm not entirely sure where that will leave her (still in prison though lbr).
CR/Plotting Desired: Positive and negative I want it so badly. Fallout and consequences for what they've done make me more delighted than you know and Chloe is currently both livid with what's going on and nervous about the fallout itself. She's being combative and angry with pretty much everyone that isn't nodding and agreeing with her right now so I really do apologize for it but I just--

Look bottom line give me your CR. Even negative. Especially negative-- she's earned it.

I am always up for shenanigans between her and Raiden! Raiden will continue to be a security guard around the base thinking with the brain of a soldier who has spent an entire life in the military. He understands why the mutineers were frustrated but he is very eager to keep the peace right now so if she runs into him he will be unwilling to put up with her nonsense. (Post mutiny/bombing/kidnapping/other bombing/plague etc his sanity is fraying, too, so he's a bit more ill-tempered)

Dante here could be interesting, too... He showed up during the zombie attack so he didn't feel invested enough to take part in the whole mutiny thing. From what he's been, told, though, he feels a mutiny was inevitable and while he thinks the whole situation was dumb he is more likely to sympathize with the mutineers than the Initiative. So he'd be unlikely to bite Chloe's face off if they spoke. She might even be able to sway him to her "side".

In both cases CR might be able to go in interesting directions!

Absolutely! I need to actually tag into your post tonight with her harassing him (and him obviously ignoring her) but she is, on a handwavey level, being (from about the 23rd on) super combative and snippy with the guards when they have visitations. It's obviously not something massive on an IC scale but it'd be an easy way to facilitate future interactions or short threads while she's in jail.

As for Dante I'd love for them to have a chance to talk more, and I think once she levels out a bit she'd definitely press on him to try and make him see their side of things. Being....Dante, he might not care all that much, but she's a fairly persuasive individual-- and a persistent one at that-- when she's not feeling caged, anxious and vitriolic.
