+1 Time Lord Tenth Flavor

Hello, Exsilium!

My name is Lae and I am a complete newbie and horrible at intro posts. :D

I am bringing in the Tenth Doctor from Doctor Who. He is coming in post "The Next Doctor" so he's recently just lost Donna but is a couple of episodes before "Waters of Mars" where he really gets all full of himself.

He can still be pretty full of himself, so I have a Permissions Post for him with permission to smack him if he's being overly rude! And I fear there will be times when he will be, overly rude.

Also I talked to the mods about the situation with the power supply, since The Doctor tends to be drawn to issues like power stability like a cat to catnip. I was told that this is something being worked on by other characters right now, specifically Caesar Silverberg, Billy Cranston and co so I would love to get in touch with the other players in the thick of this to talk about what's been going on and where Ten and I might be able to pitch in and help?

i've only seen a couple episodes of DW, but i feel like Lea and the Doctor would get along well. Lea is also kind of full of himself. he's had some traumatic experiences with people who time-travel though, so it could take some work.
