i believe you are 100% correct. roy has something of a reputation (gee i wonder why....) and i am 100% cool with steph knowing who he is/what his deal is/whatever because when you don't wear a mask/costume, you don't get to complain about not having a secret identity amiright. 8D

unsure on how roy's canonpoint lines up with Bat timelines, but he's definitely free to have heard of spoiler if steph brings it up. she was training with dinah for a while there and she's met connor, so. yes u_u
