Yes! I can have the AI do an announcement ICly so that people are aware, but power will no longer go down during the Transport Pad activation that brings in new characters, along with allowing them to reconnect and reconstruct the Aristeas Technology.
Which is good, since I have something else the AI needs to announce, so it can tie in nicely to that!

The list is probably useful in case anyone asks, and AI will be fine with downplaying which End User was pulling things into place. Ain't got no bones with that, no sirree!

Peeta and Katniss’ objective is to stop him before he gets in the field, thus preventing him from ever improving the equation. This would slightly reduce the damage done by the UE (if that’s all right with the mods.)

Success or Failure?: Success! Well most of them will be a success, Apollo will be arrested at least once and have to come back without supplies :c but she will try again!
Solo runs will be handwaved, the others will be logged!

Success or Failure?: Success, and they also bring back hot chocolate mix. Unfortunately for everyone, Break learns to yodel.

They'll be able to get the sense that there's more to be learned from being in the area, though the nanotech here appears to be related specifically to surgical procedures. It's a medical tech development area! Please link the log here once it's posted.
Yay! It does work to do this, though probably only the AI will have been able to note the change in damage levels before the collective changes elsewhere caused Winter Wonderland Exsilium. It does however have a lasting effect -- not seeing it visibly now does not mean it hasn't had a lasting impact on how nuclear weaponry was conceived of over time.
