Character Info: Elizabeth is a twenty-year old former shut in who is fascinated by pretty much every new thing she finds. She's from 1912, she's had a lot of her idealism worn away but it is still there, and she loves learning. Oh, and she can open holes in reality.
Upcoming Plans: A mixture of moping about what happened, and exploring the moonbase because MOONBASE.
CR/Plotting Desired: Friends, people she can bicker with, people who can teach her things...also people to flirt with her because that's hilarious. Maybe a boyfriend?

Character Info: A very shy young man who is a bit too into Romanticism and Classics. Struggles with depression, anxiety and an elder sister who is a supervillain. Tendency towards nightmares, vigilantism, and playing with fire.


Upcoming Plans:

... Mostly just feelings. Possible adventures with Saul and a volcano. He's probably going to bury himself in art things except ART MISSIONS ON THE MOON AREN'T PRACTICAL DONNY YOU CAN'T WASTE TIME ON THAT etc etc. Maybe learning about druids with Morgana?

CR/Plotting Desired:
UM... well. He sort of got unexpectedly hit with a series of people who were able to work out his identity really quite easily for various reasons, and he's starting to give up on the boundaries between himself and Atlas - not because he thinks he can be confident and charming, but because he thinks his Atlas persona is a useless fraud. I feel like this could be interesting to Explore Somehow.

Character: Teshigawara Naoya ★ Another (Novel) ★ anotheryosuke

Character Info: Dumb bleached teenage boy (15), middle school student, comes from a horror/suspense thriller canon where he's stuck being the only one with a substantial sense of humor. It's a sad, sad story, lemme tell you. It's also set in a fictional small Japanese mountain city in 1998, because the 90's are clearly the best.
Upcoming Plans: SO MOON-THINGS he'll be trapped on the mainland (by accident) until the Initiative basically kidnaps them to moonbase on E-Day, Oct. 1. After which he'll promptly be chased by werewolves. It's a good thing he's a resilient little shit but even he will be a little shaky after this month. SO hoping for a little bit of a quieter adjustment period on the moon after all that.
CR/Plotting Desired: HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO MAKE ALL THE FRIENDS. And some enemies, of course, because dude can't keep his mouth shut. I'm hoping to get him more involved in the ~*community*~ stuff because he's the sort of dumb child to take initiative (hurr) and he's very social, but arrival has been tumultuous and sort of beaten him up a lot with stress (and he was pretty stressed before that!!). He'll be in recovery mode but he's always likely to bug quiet characters so if your character needs cheering up or dragging out let me know! Also someone please teach him how to drive that motorcycle before he launches himself off into space. He definitely needs to get a little combat training, too. And some tech know-how. SO THERE'S A LOT FOR HIM TO LEARN.

Character: Rosette Christopher ★ Chrono Crusade ★ soul_sister
Character Info: Rosette is a nun in a demon fighting, possession busting militia of the church. She's bound into a contract with a demon who she is ridiculously loves fond of, who is also, as a matter of complication, devouring her soul by existing. WELP. She's cheerful, excitable, but deeply empathetic as well.
Upcoming Plans: The moon is going to hit Rosette hard, the very concept of a city destroyed, and all of those lives gone is overwhelming to her, as well as they fact that they couldn't stop it. Maybe even caused it. She will be heavily on board with the Initiative and looking into doing a lot of missions.

Conversely, we're ON THE MOOON!!!!! When she punches through her funk and depression, she's going to want to take pictures. HAVE SPACE FOOD FIGHTS. GET IN A SPACE SUIT. GET A MOON ROCK.
CR/Plotting Desired: I would love to have her make more friends and deepen a lot of the relationships she has. I would love someone to kick her out of her funk and talk her back up, and people to play out antics with her. I'd also love mission partners.

Character: Snow Villiers ★ Final Fantasy XIII ★ stonewall

Character Info: 6'7 loser hero with stupid hair and a grin to match. Has a motorbike made up of two icy ladies, and uses his coat as his weapon (not.... actually as stupid as it sounds.)
Upcoming Plans: HE'S GONNA BE REAL SAD ABOUT THIS BOMBING STUFF, losing his cafe isn't such a big deal but people dying is. He'll be going on lots of missions to get better supplies for everyone + helping out however he can, probably doing heavy lifting and stuff.
CR/Plotting Desired: Anyone to help him on the above missions! We can handwave or thread, I don't mind; they'd probably be fairly minor things in general — gathering food/booze, etc. Training in the VR room will be an option for him too.

Character: Sayaka Miki ★ Madoka Magica ★ fortissimos

Character Info: Former loser hero, will be coming back next month far more bitter and angry. She's about to discover her fate of turning into a monster and bringing despair upon people, so that's going to be A Thing.
Upcoming Plans: LOTS OF CRYING PROBABLY lmao she's going to work/train herself to death all over again and generally just be a sad sad antisocial thing, the opposite of her old self. She's going to refuse to get on the shuttle and be making her way over to UE territory when she vanishes for her update. It's gonna be rough. (Meanwhile I'll be sadly canon reviewing and backtagging happier days.)
CR/Plotting Desired: No matter what, she's still going to want to help — she'll be quiet and miserable while doing it, but also not afraid to do any dangerous jobs that need to be done. Basically anyone who can deal with this poor sadsack when she comes back will be cool; I'm all for trying to get some positivity in her life again. (Or negativity because I thrive on suffering too oops.) During downtime, she'll probably be in the VR room running the most dangerous simulations she can, because she really doesn't care about herself at all right now.

Character Info: A slightly old slightly cranky elf mage. Kirian is very reserved, but he's slowly coming around to people.
Upcoming Plans: I have no plans aside from maybe chucking him at the mission posts to go back in time and fix Exsilium.
CR/Plotting Desired: Anything and everything! He especially needs more friends!

Character: Dist ★ Tales of the Abyss ★ ultragorgeous
Character Info: the biggest man child. Dist is self-absorbed and vain and rude to people! And he's a mad scientist who loves building robots.
Upcoming Plans: Probably going to throw him at more folks!
CR/Plotting Desired: Anything is good! I love negative CR for him, too.

Raiden - Metal Gear

Character: Raiden ★ Metal Gear ★ highfrequency
Character Info: Raiden is a cyborg ninja/samurai suffering from PTSD, though he does his best to mask his pain these days. It doesn't always work. He comes from a crapsack world where a bunch of military AIs tried to create a unified global nation with no borders by essentially embroiling the human race in a constant war-based economy (this made sense to the AIs at the time). Sound familiar?
Also he is basically five pounds of impulsive, violence-loving neural tissue grafted to a killing machine.
Upcoming Plans: September was pretty brutal for the resident cyborg ninja. His body malfunctioned and he briefly gave in to his inner berserker a few times. After rushing around through time and then going into the enemy base he had to watch the Exiles all die. Even though he's killed Exiles himself to protect Transports, this makes him feel empty inside. He might not act like a walking mass of depression, but he will be dazed and might comment a bit on how peaceful and borderless the world looks from the moon. Because Metal Gear.
CR/Plotting Desired: He needs to keep busy. Allies to protect (whether they honestly need his protection or not), rivals to snarl at, engineers and mechanics to help him with his upkeep are all welcome. As is anything else. I would really like to start challenging the character more and forcing him into more areas that are outside his comfort zone.
Additional Notes:

-Can sometimes be seen wandering the hallways, absently picking up trash
-Has a Papa Wolf instinct towards children. Let me know if you're interested in him trying to keep your character safe from combat if you play a young or young-looking character.
-Is still suppressing his killing instinct (Jack the Ripper) but this side of him may emerge if he fights someone he really wants to see dead. The Ripper is basically to Raiden what Battosai is to Kenshin.
-Loves movies and anything having to do with samurais and ninjas. Ask him about King Kong. Do it.
-Works security for the Initiative.
-Horrible night terrors still shake him up when he attempts to sleep, so he's an insomniac. You are likely to see him wandering at strange hours.
-Practices katsujin-ken, the art of the Life-Giving Sword. He is hugely devoted to this, which means he will probably try to protect your character whether they (ICly) want or need it or not.
-Professional military trainer. Teaching soldiers how to fight and keep peace was part of his job back home so he'd be willing to train your character if they wanted him to.
-Sometimes vomits unsolicited advice or military trivia all over people.
-Not a bad person but deeply troubled. His world is one of moral grays and his violent, tragic history (it's a Metal Gear thing) has left him with a pretty bleak view on life.

Isaac Lahey || Teen Wolf

Character Info: Isaac is your typical minor antagonist with a sad backstory who heel face turned when he saw the sparkling friendship powers of the hero. He's a little on the impulsive/violent side, but he wants to do good, and his heart is sort of like. Silver. It's getting there.
Upcoming Plans: UM MAULING PEOPLE. Because, well. Werewolves on the moon. Trying to find a solution to, uh, being a werewolf on the moon. And then, probably passing out for a week because being a werewolf on the moon is exhausting.
CR/Plotting Desired: WELL he needs people to offer solutions so he's not. Trying to maul people. But in a general sense, more friends who can nudge him toward altruism and all that fluffy stuff would be fun. Rivals would also be loved.

Character Info: Happy, perky, disgustingly optimistic and excitable, though she is learning!!1 after two years, to be mellow and not push herself on people, it's a very very slow process. On the island, she works at the clinic as well as part of the Department of Initiative-Transport Relations (DITR) and she is always happy to lend a hand wherever she can make herself useful. Also she is a fish girl. That has to count for something.
Upcoming Plans: I have no idea what is going to happen to this moonbase, so all my plans are free!
CR/Plotting Desired: I'm open to anything, but I would love for her to have more people to coddle, and also maybe some older mentor types to take her under a wing.

Character Info: Chrono is a demon who exists to defy every demonic stereotype ever and then swiftly turn around and double-avert them. He is nice and polite and kind BUT also kind of an asshole and suffers from the worst case of co-dependence and self-hatred ever. Also shaping up to be something of a housewife. These things happen.

Upcoming Plans: C-c-c-coping? LAYING LOW and taking a bit of a breather after being kidnapped and watching cities get obliterated and shit. Punching angels in the face and going on some missions, perhaps. At some point he also needs to address his eldritch abomination mother living in his not-girlfriend's head but let's not talk about that

CR/Plotting Desired: Strengthening CR is basically always what I want, HE NEEDS SOME... actual legit friends instead of just collecting acquaintances... I FEEL LIKE i need to touch base with CR I haven't threaded with in a while and get back on the wagon in general after school and life sorta knocked me off. New CR is always wanted!! Always more friends!!

Character Info: Misogynistic security AI who means well but has a very narrow and unpleasant worldview, with a side of gossip queen.
Upcoming Plans: *Mute has had the kidnapping/explosion crisis to keep her occupied recently, but things are about to calm down, and that means she's going to start clashing with Exsilium culture! She caught word in at least one instance of two women getting married, so she knows things are going on here that she doesn't approve of, so she's probably going to be upsetting a lot of people soon. Geez, women, why you gotta have all these opinions and aspirations they will make you terrible wives
CR/Plotting Desired: A lot of different things! I want competent, driven women for her to be frustratingly condescending to. I want men with questionable backgrounds for her to give way too much benefit of doubt. I want people with scandalous things going on that she can discover and gossip about. I want social chaos.
Additional Notes: I'm actually planning to canon update her once she reaches a point where a bunch of people actually hate her for her terrible opinions, because post-canon *Mute is a STAGGERING change from this *Mute.

Character: Kyubey ★ Puella Magi Madoka Magica ★ beingmegucaissuffering
Character Info: The worst mascot character ever
Upcoming Plans: Kyubey has made his first Exsilium contract! As the aftermath of that starts to go down, I want to really get Kyubey's weird lack of morality into the open, leading to an exciting question: Is there anyone in Exsilium who would consider a Contract with this creature even knowing the full consequences?
He's also generally going to start talking publicly more, since that's a thing I need to start doing.
CR/Plotting Desired: People to have complex philosophical debates with! People for him to try and talk into making bad decisions! I actually want to get him killed at least once! He can actually die here.
Additional Notes: Make a contract with me and I'll stop making lame contract jokes in the Additional Notes section every month

Character Info: Chrys is a slightly cantankerous mechanical engineer in his 20s who isn't really content unless he's doing something useful with his hands or brain. He's from a country of steampunk normals amidst a world of supernatural fantasy tropes, and people with Special Abilities who draw them from mysterious/unpredictable sources tend to get him a smidgen uncomfortable.
Upcoming Plans: Drinking a lot Getting over the nuking of Exsilium just enough to do missions/support moonbase/do everything possible to undo the nuking.
CR/Plotting Desired: Friends who harass him and break his stride, co-workers/friends to talk srs plot business with.... I'm up for all kinds of shenanigans really :x But those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

COME HELP NAOYA WITH HIS WEIRD WEAPON THAT HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND. Who knows, maybe magic motorcycles need maintenance too. Maybe you could mount a super-special night-vision array for him for no reason (well, they are stuck on the moon). Maybe he'll just bug you terribly and a lot. :'>

Character Info: Twenty year old woman trapped in a nine year old body forever. Mostly emotionless but getting a little better about it, a huge nerd, extremely blunt, mentally interfaces with computers and builds weird stuff. Doesn't really remember to take care of herself outside of her medication.
Upcoming Plans: Being frustrated the net dive chair she's been working on for over a year just got blown up, and wandering around the moonbase.
CR/Plotting Desired: More friends. Also some adults to take an interest in her would be good. Maybe a science rival or buddy!

Character: Maria Thorpe ★ Assassin's Creed ★ givetheslip
Character Info: English noblewoman who disguised herself as a man during the Third Crusade and ran off to join the army. She became the steward of the leader of the Templar Order (bad dudes who secretly want to control your mind for peace), got kidnapped by an Assassin, had shenanigans running around Cyprus in a fugly side game, decided the Templars suck, decided to road trip with Assassin as long as he promised not to kidnap her again.

Upcoming Plans: She's still allied with the Assassins and vaguely undercover as a Templar (hi Haytham) but now thinks the Initiative is an even bigger bag of dicks. She will not even know what the hell the make of the moon. THE MOON.

CR/Plotting Desired: ALL KINDS. If your character knows the Assassins, that'd be a fun starting point, but seriously I desire loads of completely unrelated cross-canon CR. Maria is not used to technology or the equal treatment of women, so those might be some ping points. She's also about 30 years old so she can be a fellow actual mature adult for the older crowd or a theoretically good role model to the younguns.

Notes: before anything else, October is midterms month for me, so during this entire month, if there's a thread we do/are doing that's time-sensitive and you'd like it to move along faster than I'm getting to it, please hit me up! Character: SHINTARO kisaragi ★ kagerou project ★ substitutable

Character Info: he's more or less an ordinary character. Member #7 of the Mekakushi-dan and usually the guy complaining about the absurdity of everything they do whilst being made fun of by all the girls (+Kano). He did the hikikomori thing for a couple years so he does get jumpy around people, but for the most part he's okay. Sometimes he shounens up but mostly you'll find him being a loser.
Upcoming Plans: MOON BASE. He's going to be freaking out while attempting to adjust to life on it, trying to keep the Dan members and some other people he knows from blowing it up or tipping it over, looking through the network and responding where he feels like. He's my easiest to tag around with, so he's up to anything.
CR/Plotting Desired: He's got plenty of friends now, and I say I want negative CR a lot but it's a little difficult going into a CR thinking I WANT THEM TO HATE EACH OTHER. So really, bring me anything and let's see where we can take it! He's easy for me to tag with, so if anyone wants him anywhere I'll do my best to accommodate that! If we already have CR I'm always down for pushing it further.

Character: MONICA campanella ★ baccano! ★ maskmaker

Character Info: She's really sweet. She bakes bread for her friends and she's head-over-heels in love for Huey Laforet. So when things happen to him like the UE kidnapping him she'll go on a quietly calm rampage and do things like killing all the UE agents she came across at that compound the other day. (๑╹っ╹๑)
Upcoming Plans: Keeping a close eye on Huey, more than usual! And being a little more fussy around him I'm going to guess from the way their last interaction's going because he finally stopped ignoring her 110%. To her friends, she'll be the same as usual, smiling and probably acting excited over being in the sky and oh is that what Earth looks like she can't be she's on the moon gosh!!!
CR/Plotting Desired: I'm just throwing Monica at whoever whenever, for now! So people to be friends with her, people to run into her whenever the Mask Maker is happening, anything!

Character: PHOENIX wright ★ ace attorney ★ aceordisgraced

Character Info:A hobo. He's an ex-lawyer! He's got stubble! He's in his 30s and he's laid-back and I don't know how to describe him.
Upcoming Plans: With Maya suddenly not remembering anything, he's got to take care of her now so he'll be doing the babysitting thing more than usual I think. Like Keith down there he took the back burner especially this month, but I've got some direction with him so I'll be slowing picking back up with him, I believe. Aside from Mayasitting, Nick's going to be silently going "omgomgomgomgomgom" over being in space!
CR/Plotting Desired: I think I'm going to take it easy and do the normal tagging around, making him meet some new people, having him tag people he already knows thing. So if anyone wants to thread with him, please let me know here! Even if we don't know what about, if I can get any links to a post or log I'll attempt to brain something out.

Character Info: 1930s mafia boss with a tendency to keep his mouth shut and a playing card deck of 52 jokers in his pocket. He's also immortal. He also cares a lot about his family and he keeps keeping an eye on the younger people around here.
Upcoming Plans: I... don't!? I really don't. Keith took a huge back seat these past months and while I've put him on here, I'll likely be putting him on a hiatus of sorts to think about where I want to take him from now on, or what to do with him at all.
CR/Plotting Desired: But if we've got anything going on right now, we can definitely continue that! If there's anything Keith-related you want to poke me about, please feel free to.

Character Info: Very charming sociopath! He's trying very hard to get along with people though. Operative word, trying. His real personality is not unlike a grabby five-year-old. Someone pls help :(
Upcoming Plans: He doesn't really care about y'know people dying so he'll just toddle along and maybe wreck everything from the coffee maker to the microwave. Also holy crap they're on the moon what do you mean they're on the moon?? He'll probably just spend the entire time with his face pressed against the glass. (And probably shoving people out air locks because hello the place is rly crowded do not want.)
CR/Plotting Desired: Any kind of CR is fine, positive, negative, etc. Do you want someone to nag the hell out of your character with cheeriness? Do you have a gullible character that Jack can wrap around his little finger? Do you have someone perceptive who can call out Jack on his little games? Shenanigans!
Additional Notes: Jack isn't evil, per se, he just sees everything as a means to an end, or a way to get what he wants. (What a loser.) Positive CR may be a little rocky, but it's possible.

Character Info: Elissa is a Grey Warden who is tasked with killing monsters in her world. She is a commander of soldiers with a history as a human noble, who is both kind and pragmatic, and has lost her entire family to a former ally. She has also slain a dragon and saved her country. She recently tried to help the Exiles flee to a safer area and is really, really upset about it.
Upcoming Plans: Mostly just...coping with the idea of thousands of people dying. Going on missions to get supplies to distract herself. Anyone want new CR to team up with??
CR/Plotting Desired: ANYTHING. Friends, allies, fighters, fantasy people, future people. I am so not picky.

Character Info: Half-English, half-French, which is probably why her parents got a divorce. Lived with her father and younger sister after her mother returned to her homeland. Character Info: He is a not!lord, not!knight who wants to protect everyone and keeps finding out he can't. His solution is therefore being a true, true friend and somehow it all more-or-less works out. Even against the final boss. His fighting style is some weird hybrid between kickboxing and hitting things around with his sword/sheath/giraffe/whatever. Other fun, random facts include: he adopted a 1,000+ year old humanoid as his daughter, has a 1,000++ alien being sleeping inside him, vowed revenge on a door as a kid, and actually finds cleaning enjoyable.
Upcoming Plans: This guy took a huge hit during the past month, so I'm looking to keep him busy, busy, busy! Laundry duty? Sure! Missions? Yes, please! Basically anything I can throw him at to keep him from moping around is my plan.
CR/Plotting Desired: See above! I would love to send him out on missions this month, and I would love more CR! Any kind of CR (even if your character is a total jerk that's okay)! If you're looking for positive CR, he is pretty friendly in general (if a little less cheerful at the moment) and is usually willing to make the first move. I'd love to find him some mentors/big-brother types. I also personally enjoy his interactions with younger/kid characters, but seriously, anything! /o/!!

Character Info: Huey is kind of an evil scientist bent on setting the world on fire. He is not a very good parent and is in fact quite terrible and that is not sarcasm! However, to your face, he'll generally be really friendly and pleasant or just pay you no attention! But if he has interest in you, it's for experimentation and THAT IS VERY VERY BAD.

He's also immortal so dying is not an option for him! 8Db Hence, murder and the like will always be something that can be worked with him, HOORAY.

Character Info: Mary is sweet and kind and very clairvoyant and also very possessed by a demon. She's the type of person to put herself dead last. Literally dead. Last. But she luckily has a sense of humor.
Upcoming Plans: So possessed by a demon thing is going to be more of a thing. Expect to see her acting very oddly and slowly becoming worse for wear. If something isn't done about this by the end of the month nice Mary will be gone.
CR/Plotting Desired: I REALLY REALLY REEEEAAAAALLY need to find someone that can help with the nasty demon business. Whether it's getting rid of the demon or keeping it at bay for a longer term. This needs to be a thing that's fixed.

Upcoming Plans: Ahaha I have no idea. He's so in over his head right now. Mostly he wants to be helpful in some way, so he'll be busying himself around the moonbase as much as possible. I'm up for anything with this kid.
CR/Plotting Desired: Al's spent his whole life around villians, mad scientists and varying types of scoundrels. I'm dying to throw him at more superhero types. Also other kids his age (he's 17) since he's had very little socialization in his life. I'd like to see how he does trying to make friends. :V

The good news, I guess, is that he's going to be throwing himself head-first into working on getting Exsilium back to normal, even if that means working for the Initiative. He's so close to walking away from them for forever right now.

Character Info: She's a motherly figure who died from a supernatural encounter but got better, learned how to fight them and became Inari, the Shinto god of agriculture, rice, and luck with her husband. She's also spent more than a year at tvk a Persona 3 based game.
Upcoming Plans: Well she's a total fish out of water now. She's lost some rather close CR but hopefully she's snapping out of it soon. She'll later announce that she's going to put any plans to reopen the Uji tea house for about a month or so. That doesn't mean she's going to check up on her employees now and then. She'll be participating in supply run missions a lot.
