Okay, so things have been crazy busy offline for a while now and this Wednesday I'll finally be reaching the peak of Mount Augh, so hiatus/semi-hiatus/something for at least Wednesday through Friday. Hopefully the peak is more a peak than a plateau of crazy busy.

Expect to find some late tags in your inboxes if you've had threads with Connor, too. Mostly wrap-ups. Feel free to roll your eyes and flap your hands dismissively at them, it's all good.

Also posting here to invite anyone with characters that either really, really want to save the Exiles and/or really, really don't want to do the moon thing to the camping out in UE territory log. The Assassins will be sneaking around outside Exsilium until they're finally dragged to the moon base at the end of the month. It's going to be a lot of fun, initially watching countless Exiles get brutally killed by UE forces and being paranoid about being caught and/or bombed 24/7.

Oh, is this the OOC post for mainland plotting? C: Who all's coming? Admittedly I'm not wholly clear on how/when they would've gotten out of there and how many Exiles they'd be bringing with them.

Naoya here's trying to look up ways to hide out in the UE right now, and generally exploring options. If it were his choice he wouldn't be stuck being a fugitive in the UE, but what can I say, I'm terrible like that. ;) He'll probably be trying to help out and end up getting stuck out there somehow with the group.

IT CAN BE.

I have no idea who all is coming, but I think how it is going down is:

- Connor posts inviting people to save Exiles and make a run for it, essentially.

- Characters who want to help or just not do the moon base thing meet up at the apartments and set out to INFORM ALL THE EXILES! and try to convince as many as possible to come with them.

- They succeed in convincing some! But along with anyone else spreading the truth around, they cause an absolute mess of panic and a bunch more Exiles bolt for the border (around the Strait of Dover, I believe).

- Word of mod is most Exiles will be killed at the border by the UE waiting there, but with exceptional sneaking skills and a couple of hijacked boats, Transports can maybe get some depressingly small number of Exiles across the water into What Once Was France.

- Transport-Exile survivor group hustles further into Not-France, the bomb drops on Exsilium, and they're left to tough it out for a week until the Initiative transports their butts up.

I think we're only playing out the initial inviting over the network and then the last part, the trying to survive in UE territory, with the log. But yes! Transports! Exiles! Trauma! More trauma!

Okay! That coincides with most of what I had thought, though I am curious! Could Naoya (and probably some others who are coming along) make a case for telling the Exiles something that would panic them less, and thus make the process a little less crazy? :p He's just a kid, so idk if he'd be that convincing, but he'd try!

Also, it seems to me from the info in the other post here that they would be beamed up on the day the bomb drops, October 1st! So they would actually avoid the bomb altogether? And just tough out the week (or most of the week) that the Transports are being evacuated during.

I assume they'll be leaving during the early part of the week and then making their way past the border/SURVIVALING! during the rest. :>?

Well, they'll probably split up some to do the Exile convincing if just to try and reach as many people as possible, so he could totally take a less panicking approach himself and if he does notice others on Team Rescue being a little too honest, he might be able to convince them to switch strategies. Probably not Connor himself as he's a painfully honest fella but I wouldn't be surprised if others went OH HEY GOOD IDEA.

Though those Exiles might wonder why some of their Exile pals are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. 8(

OH I THINK YOU'RE RIGHT. Somehow I'd gotten to thinking it was dropping earlier. Thanks for catching that. o/ YES THEN avoiding bomb and just watching lots of Exiles die the old-fashioned UE forces way.

And yep to the assumption! Sounds right to me!

Oh, boy. I feel like this is going to end terribly and/or in fail for everyone involved. XD IN MULTIPLE WAYS. Connor pls aren't you an assassin gotta do more subterfuge here. :p

Those Exiles are going to be so confused. Man, I wonder if the Exiles they dragged along will be left behind? :c Do we know? Hopefully at least one or two of them will make it back? Maybe Naoya can stuff one into his motorcycle, it has expandable storage now.
