Hey Exsilium-goers, how's it hanging? This is Kiva, announcing both a drop and a new character in one post!

Sadly, I can no longer keep Jack Spicer here. It's been a ton of fun, and a lot of his threads were really enjoyable, but at this stage I've come to realize I just can't keep up the wacky comic relief villain schtick much longer, and I apologize for that. =(

I know I had a few things planned with some people for him, so to those people, I'm sorry to you guys especially.

Meet Hazama, a somewhat introverted and cowardly captain of the Novus Orbis Librarium's intelligence division, a multinational military organization founded for the sake of peacekeeping amongst humanity through safeguarding and regulating dangerous sources of power. Since he's part of the intelligence division, which mostly deals with information gathering and paperwork, he's really not good at the whole fighting thing, so he'll be more prone to hanging back while you guys do your thing and fight the good fight!

...is exactly what he wants you to think.

In truth, he's a spiteful and malevolent spirit known as Terumi Yuki. Nihilistic and completely out of his mind insane, he lives a hedonistic lifestyle centered around making other people suffer, and ultimately believes the world is made of nothing but lies, that the only truth to living is despair and pain, and that a world like that shouldn't exist, so he wants nothing more than to end it all. However, he isn't altruistic; he completely acknowledges this is something only he wants, and he couldn't give a rat's ass if anyone has an issue with it. He's completely amoral and relishes in other's pain and suffering. SO HAVE FUN WITH THAT. >:]

Man, that went on a lot longer than it should have! One last thing to mention; many of Hazama's abilities are so far into the godmode territory it's not even funny, so I have this permissions post as a precaution! If you could fill it out if you plan on interacting with this guy here, that'd be fantastic~

Haaaaaah...kind of! His body is an artificial body that was made specifically to host Terumi's ghost, so without the spirit within it, the physical body kind of...stops working and the body drops to the ground and is like it's dead.

hmmmm probably not. Anders is possessed by THE SPIRIT OF JUSTICE who gets hypocritically bitchy about other people being possessed, but I don't know that he could say anything horrible about an artificial body since no souls got evicted or transformed in the occupation thereof.

well would it help if before he took the artificial body over it did have it's own identity and personality?

apparently in order for it to create a really strong link between the soul and the body, the physical body had to agree willingly to the possession so that it wouldn't corrode and eventually break down with the body attempting and failing to reject terumi's spirit, which is apparently what happens with long-term possession of random people

so they created him let him live for a few years then terumi shows up like SUP KIDDO SURE SUCKS BEING YOU WHY NOT LET ME MOVE ON IN?

although the minute it happened the former personality was completely erased so
