Character: Elmer C. Albatross ★ Baccano! ★ keep_smiling
Character Info: Overly cheerful, nosy and optimistic pain in the butt who only seems to be concerned with whether or not you're smiling. Recently had his entire world destroyed by the UE and seems to be coping with it rather well.
Upcoming Plans: SUPER SECRET SPY STUFF? Also Elmer will be helping rebuild, no matter how much the townsfolk protest. The sooner they rebuild, the sooner they'll be smiling again, after all.
CR/Plotting Desired: ALWAYS. This guy is anywhere and everywhere all the time. He never slows down. There's always an excuse to get him into your business. He's a good character to throw at others who might be shier/harder to get CR for since he'll talk to anyone and everyone.

Character: Johnny D'Amico ★ original ★ charming_jerk
Character Info: Cranky half-demon musician who enjoys starting bar fights and being negative about everything.
Upcoming Plans: Johnny is still recovering from almost dying of the plague, which really hit him hard. He'd never been sick before so it was a new experience. Once that done he'll be helping out the Transports rebuild, because the townsfolk are going to be hostile towards him. Which is a bummer, because that means he won't have any establishments to play music at. He's gonna be bored and extra cranky.
CR/Plotting Desired: I realized the other day that a lot of Johnny's long-standing CR is now gone, so honestly I want to rebuild it! He's not exactly the kind of guy to be come close with people easily, so it takes some work.

Oh my gosh. Artie will forever have a soft spot for Elmer because he was one of the first people he met here, so expect him to check in on him a lot. :)

Monica doesn't have a whole lot of interest in doing things for the Initiative, but if Elmer's going to be doing spying things then she'll go along because Mask Makers look out for each other even when one is immortal. What's Elmer going to be doing with this spy thing?

He figures she would be a good choice to help. It depends on how his conversation with Caesar goes, but he's looking to become a spy for the Initiative and infiltrate UE territory. Once plans are made, I'll totally let you know of the details.

He's interested in spying on the UE! Clearly they're doing it to the Initiative, so it's time to fight fire with fire. (Also he wants to meet UE people and see how he can get them to smile. NATURALLY.) Collette said that Caesar is the planning guy, so he'll be coming to him. I can set us up a log if you want!

Can I handwave a text message to Caesar to just meet him somewhere to talk? He'd do it somewhere where people won't be listening in too much... geez what is even left standing at this point
