Character: utena tenjou ★ revolutionary girl utena ★ revolutionized
Character Info: Once upon a time, long ago, there was a little girl who was severely traumatized! And so her brain carefully edited out her trauma to present her with a soft-light filtered version of what really went down. As a result, Utena has something of a fixation on becoming a prince and encompassing the concept of being princely, because of a prince she met a while back as a child.

This means she is brave, but naive, kind but unintentionally selfish and short-sighted. She has a lot of "masculine" qualities and interests but is a little defensive about those things when her gender comes into question. Currently symbolically engaged to a girl (woman) who is not here and who is also a Witch (but Utena does not know that).

Upcoming Plans: Utena is currently getting a dose of the real world so it's kinda messing with her psyche. She's pretty miserable! Usually when this happens she falls back on her prince thing as a security blanket, so expect some reckless nobility.

CR/Plotting Desired: Like Shay mentioned with Nanami, calm adult women would be appreciated because Utena has literally no experience with those and has no idea how to deal with them. Also princesses! People in general for her to attach to in an unhealthy fashion protect. I'm down for anything though.

I do not have a calm adult woman but what I do have is a very particular lady (Miranda) who is excitable and prone to over-reactive apologies and a serious guilt streak. If you think she is not good for you, that'll be the end of it, but if you accept, we can interact, they could be come friends, and a prince could have someone to look after again /o/

No I think that would be really interesting! I had CR with a Miranda long long ago and I think it'd be fun to have it...again huff. We can bounce them off one another and see what happens! Utena has never encountered a person like Miranda, let alone an adult like her, so it will be something new for her I think. And she would be very protective!

Did someone say people that need protecting?

I figure I already have an unhealthy attachment to Nanami in Rise's CR, so something with Utena has been on my radar for a while now! And Rise's the closest her canon has to a perpetual damsel in distress, though she's at least a useful one...

We can give it a shot! I definitely think they'd get along, at least. Utena would express her condolences for Rise having Nanami as a roommate.

Aw, she's not that bad! ... Or so Rise would say. For some reason. ^_^;

Come to think of it, does Utena ever visit or check up on Nanami? Could be an easy way to get these two to meet...

Rise doesn't know the half of it.

She does indeed check up on Nanami, sometimes, but in a kind of half-assed, "I was just in the neighborhood" sort of way. It's been a little more frequent since the bombings and illness...and so on. So Rise might encounter them talking or well. Two irritated, disgruntled, brightly-colored teenagers kind of sniping at one another.

And even the half she does know, she excuses away constantly...

But yes, I totally welcome any of this! I could see Utena being a really good influence on Rise, too. Since Exsilium itself has been a terrible influence on her thus far...
