Character: Teijirou Takegami ★ mr. brain ★ onemoredeath
Character Info: He's cannibalistic serial killer that was facing death row but ended up here -oops - and has been here for such a long while that he's pretty bored about matters.
Upcoming Plans: He is not going to be in a happy place. He lost a good friend with his ancient dinosaur and fellow musician left and his nice little house he was trying to fix was smashed in the bombing. Expect an emotionally stunted person to be even more of a nasty coming up.
CR/Plotting Desired: Give me some CR - good, bad and even the grumpy!
