Character: mera ★ dcu ★ hbisea
Character Info: (former?!) queen of atlantis who also does not like to put up with bullshit. can you see the pattern. fond of children and very protective over them. not a superhero, but finds herself in a lot of situations where she has to save people anyway.
Upcoming Plans: points to eyes, points to DITR. training and trying to figure out her weapon. getting to know the land better and seeing what she can do. being sad about not having husband-chan with her.
CR/Plotting Desired: anything really! she's new and i'd love to get her more involved.

probably not in july but my eyes mera's face i want to do something with the oceans at some point!

YES, i would love that. either in exsilium or maybe a mission of a sort.

right now mera can't enter the oceans either so she hangs around the lake more. :[

healthier seas and everything in different times, maybe a mission to then help the health of the seas in present exsilium!

what kind of skills of meras would you like to use on a mission in order to get this done?

mera's lived underwater her entire life. i don't remember if there's a specific number but she moves pretty fast and fluidly in it. can remain there since she can breathe obviously. can manipulate water and make hard constructs out of it and is trained in hand to hand combat in case there's any trouble.

also because she's ruled atlantis she knows how to be diplomatic and understanding. both a powerhouse and able to talk if it needs to be done!!

maybe we can convince political figures that merpeople are real and have come out in order to deal with the present situation because The Ocean Must Be Protected idek i'm silly right now but we can work toward something that can benefit from all her skills, and colls as a back up (but dear god not to the diplomatic side of things ahaha trainwreck)

she's not a mermaid!!1 you crazy surface dwellers. BUT IT'S OKAY we don't need to use every skill. if she has to just wreck shit she can get that done.

lets disable a few submarines of future but in our past origins
that could be fun can we do something with that and some smashing of things and OH MAYBE SUPPORTIng THE CONTINuAATION OF AN UNDERWATER research facility?

I want more with her and Sango! I think they could be super badass buddies forever even if Mera is protective hehe. Maybe we could set them up for a mission sometime in the future??

Ish and I are discussing a mission above if you think Sango could come along there? It's probably going to be water based so I'm not entirely sure, but if not, we could always come up with something else.

Perhaps! She needs more CR with Collette, too; I guess it would depend on whether it would be literally an underwater mission? (Which might even be negotiable if the Initiative would provide a respirator or something haha.)

but yeah we'll see.

Also depending on how deep they go into the water. It's been ages since I've watched Inuyasha (I didn't... get far anyway :[) but Sango's a regular human, I think? She wouldn't be able to withstand underwater pressures the further they go depending on what the mission entails. :|a I'LL FIGURE OUT SOMETHING.

Yeah, she's a normal human, albeit a particularly strong and stubborn one! However, you're right, she wouldn't be able to withstand the water pressure, so yes. If you and Ish just wanna take Collette and Mera out on a mission by themselves that's fine; we got all the time in the world, you know?

YES. when i apped her i really wanted to try and get involved in whatever way i can with that or even just CR with the gang there.

also yes they should talk about their husbands and family drama and mera will wipe her eyes on medusa's hair.

Hello sorry for lateness and yes! I think Elliot's player is either on hiatus or really busy so that log is now up in the air but I'm fine with Mera and Med'an maybe going to the orphanage and being told to stay away due to the fact they aren't human?
