Monica doesn't have a whole lot of interest in doing things for the Initiative, but if Elmer's going to be doing spying things then she'll go along because Mask Makers look out for each other even when one is immortal. What's Elmer going to be doing with this spy thing?

The requisite is that she can understand the plant. Sort of, beyond knowing that it is a plant, the effects and characteristics it has. I mean, he can totally give her vague details and she'll work her way around with them.

This is worth exploring.

i can't decide if he would be super vague, or tell her all about it and invite her to partake as well. :T WELL IT WOULD BE ONE OR THE OTHER. either way, i'd love to see what happens! :D has she made it publicly known at all that she can do that?

This is true :|a That whole not knowing thing is kind of important. Well... we could always have her catch a glimpse of him while they're both out somewhere and have her catch up with him to make sure things are okay? Less directly seeking him out and more checking in when he happens to show up, but SAME GENERAL IDEA

haha, this sounds kind of awesome so far. B) after a death each ashraf MIGHT be convinced to try and arrange a truce, but i'm not totally sure. he might still hate too much. we'll see how it plays out, and drag others in if necessary!

AHAHA whichever one is less likely to kill her, I suppose! I don't really know either of these characters, so whichever you think would be more interesting to interact with?

Ella actually would be immune, because overpowered teen, that's why. It shouldn't be all that difficult to convince her if he's good with words though. Also she wants to be useful, so yeah.

Ella has been quiet about it, but is likely to come up in a conversation if it goes there. Sort of, if Vanadi goes asking for help, she'll chime in and eventually tell him she can help him out.

AHAHA oh god that'd be awful but I'd love for that to happen. I'm not sure how, but I'm sure at some point if they hang out again some inconsistency in knowledge will come up and one of them will start questioning it and get to the bottom of things. :|a

as far as ashraf's canon goes, his holy magic effects demons the same way it does everyone else, it's just undead that get screwed with it. BUT i am totally open to tweaking/changing, because of course canons can't be expected to line up perfectly! so i'll leave that part up to you.

but jsyk ashraf would be delighted to find a demon he can hurt with more than just his Big Demon-Killing Spell. :')

I'm always good with random encounters like that. Suzaku's out and about a lot so it's easy to toss him most places. And I agree! I think they would too.

i'm pretty canonblind about artie, but i can see charles going well! ashraf would get a kick out of someone so serious and professional. COME ON GUY, GET A DRINK WITH HIM, LOOSEN UP. :')

I WILL TAG BACK DON'T WORRY and I am all for unlikely friendships! I'm not sure how much of conversations they can have since Nic is deaf--but that's what tablets and obvious gestures are for! How about we throw them at each other a bit more and see how it goes?
