Character: Barney Calhoun ★ Half-Life ★ gordonowesmeabeer
Character Info: Blue collar security guard at government theoretical weapons research facility turned guerrilla fighter and resistance leader against oppressive transdimensional empire.
Upcoming Plans: Hoping to get him as a member of CABLE's spec ops squad. Also I kind of want to get him a fancy weapon of some kind. Right now he's got his armor slowly evolving from primitive powered impact armor to some kind of super suit, but his gun is still just a gun
CR/Plotting Desired: Mainly people for Barney to be buds and have beers with, but I'm up for other stuff if you have ideas.

Character Info: Anthropologist/Historian dragon, who is interested in studying humans to learn about their fascinating primitive culture.
Upcoming Plans: Gonna get Geassed by Lelouch and end up being his unwitting servant. Don't know where that's ultimately leading
CR/Plotting Desired: looking for people who would be uncomfortable being watched by a dragon all day, humans who could take him in a fight, and relations of any kind with the other dragons on the island.

yes this sounds excellent i'd be glad to help with this! so, how much detail would you like? we can go with a majorly foreboding vision of variable vagueness, an actual tarot reading that ends in a warning she is really upset while delivering, or maybe some combination of the two, like the last card of a reading triggering a vision

or it could even be a vision she has to relay more generally because she gets it before even knowing who he is in particular!

also, what kind of timing is this plot looking at? how far in advance would you like any kind of foreknowledge to be?

Character: Ed Elric ★ Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa ★ imperfect
Character Info: Take one standard-issue loud dramatic shounen protagonist, add an actual brain with a flair for ~science~, chop off a couple of limbs and marinate in emotional trauma for the length of a tragic backstory or five. Before coming to Exsilium he was hanging around Weimar Germany studying rockets, but he's originally from a steampunkish fantasy mishmash of anachronisms, which somehow is the reason he's capable of rearranging matter using nothing but his hands. He happened to be in the military for a few years, starting from an improbably young age, so there's that. As far as personality goes, he's obnoxiously cagey unless you get to know him and a stubborn egotistical sod even after you do, but he's not a completely terrible person... sometimes. He has a definite codependent older sibling complex thing going on with his little brother Al, too.
Upcoming Plans: He runs a lab slightly independent of the Initiative's labs, a bit similar to how the transport clinic isn't the Initiative's hospital! But it got hit during the bombing, so once other shounenly concerns are out of the way he wants to try patching that up. He also intends to throw himself into more training, and probably finally start thinking about his weapon, because these past few events haven't been great for his self-esteem. ...Additionally, although this wasn't in his plans (thank you, little bro), he's probably going to be stuck as an assistant catsitter for quite a while.
CR/Plotting Desired: Once the lab is up and running again, more people getting involved in that would be good... especially people who don't or wouldn't get along with Ed (possibly influenced by the lab's last screwup at the start of the month?), because I have vague plans involving him not being in charge of it forever and also because in general he should be the type of character to pick up a healthy amount of negative CR! Friends he is very slowly working on, but I'm always open to him picking up more of those as well - older characters he can philosophise at or less emotionally awkward characters he can tsun at, in particular. I'm up for bouncing him off anyone, really ♥

I'm caught between those two options pretty tightly. One part of me thinks he'd be too distracted by trying to look like a good waiter and he'd have to be yanked off duty and the rest of me thinks he should be dressed up like a performer.

OH EXCELLENT. I am glad I hit you up then. B) It seems you'll be saddled with both of my characters from here on out!

We should definitely strive for this Geass-ing once we get them talking. And considering the type of person Nathan is, well, it's almost certain that he'll Geass him sooner or later. Probably sooner.

And I'll definitely push Cheria his way sometime soon too. I enjoy having her mother people and Nathan will be such a challenge for her. It'll definitely be CR like she hasn't had before!

If anything, casual CR first. The fun in playing Lancelot is that he's so downtrodden by self-loathing that he's forgotten most of his social grace and will border on being insulting without even trying...

He'll enjoy hearing about the stage of England that Anne left. He generally knows history as per default as a Servant, but specific details are usually unknown or fuzzy to them.
