Hi everyone! Pain here, mun of Red X (umadrobin), Yukiteru Amano (observesthings), and Lestat de Lioncourt (agodintheopen) with my fourth (and most likely last) character, Zeref from Fairy Tail.
Despite being played up throughout the entire series as an extremely evil mage who is responsible, either directly or indirectly, for just about every bad thing that happened in the Fairy Tail universe for the last four hundred years, the way he acts, you wouldn't think so at all. He was supposedly sealed (if not killed) a long time ago, but it later turned out neither was true; he had voluntarily suppressed his own powers and chose to live on Tenrou Island in complete isolation from the rest of society, out of guilt for everything he had done. Yes, he's one of the most powerful mages in the entire series (if not the most powerful), and yes, he mastered the Black Arts in a way Grimoire Heart only wishes they could, but when he makes his debut, it's clear he has MAJOR guilt issues, and regrets everything he's ever done. He breaks down in tears several times after. He's quite the woobie.
