Salutations Exsilium members!

I'm an Alex and I'm new here. With me I bring Fiona from the series Dragon Age! If you are wondering why you might have never heard of her it's because thus far she's been a novel-only character. (Although DA:III looks MIGHTY promising because herpderp Asunder. /Excite!) And yes, this shall be my PB for her. Yous have no idea how difficult it was to find enough icons of a similar looking person who had their ears consistently covered.

Right so a bit about her, she's an elf and a mage and a Grey Warden (What a whammy). Personality wise she's honest, blunt, sarcastic, and holds little respect for authority figures. She hates nobility (for good reason, mind yous) and she is more than willing to express her dislike loudly. But she can be friendly! Gain her trust and she'll be your loyal ally. Within reason, of course.

Anyways! I'm taking her post-epilogue of The Calling. So really, right after she drops off a certain bundle of joy for Maric to deal with (Mother of the year over here) and rides off into the sunset, more or less.

I am dumb excited to play here and nervous,
ヽ(;▽;)ノ but mostly excited.
If anyone wants to add me on plurk it's [plurk.com profile] aleeeeeeex. I'm in the funky GMT +8 time zone I'm afraid, so I rely on plurk heavily.

Thank you very much! I can't wait to get started playing here. Crap I wrote a lot.

We were thinking of having a Grey Warden meeting soonish (Nathaniel Howe, Anders, and Alistair are all aware of one another's presence and Warden-ness ... Wardenosity ... Wardentastic taint). This could make a good excuse to bring Fiona into contact with Alistair if she wouldn't be inclined to seek him out on her own!

Anders: *blissfully clueless* *mostly concerned with making sure there is lots of food at any Warden meetings*

Myself, I've skimmed a bit of Asunder and intend to read more of the books, but have been pretty well spoiled for the contents, so spoilers are fine by me. This Anders has been through all of DA2 and, since he didn't get killed at the end, he's outlived his usefulness to the mage cause — alas, no martyrdom! He's fairly well accepted this, and plans to go back to Vigil's Keep with Nathaniel if they ever get back to Thedas.

Anders has zero clue about Alistair's parentage other than "apparently he's King Maric's son, or someone thought he looked the part enough to make him a feasible prospect for the succession, anyhow". Also, Alistair is his ~king~ who backed up the Warden in using the Rite of Conscription to keep Anders out of Templar hands, so Anders has some warm fuzzy feelings for Alistair besides the matter of Warden brotherhood. In short, he won't rock the Theirin-bastard boat.

Having a young!Fiona will be cool because it allows for more boggling over timeline differences. Anders and Nathaniel are aware that they are about seven or eight years in the future, compared to Alistair and Anora. (This has also kept discussion of the DA2 endgame off the table, since it hasn't happened yet for Alistair and Anora.)

Hahaha Anders fully expects to be persona non grata at Vigil's Keep - his suggestion was that he should wear a wig and pretend to be a mentally disabled distant cousin of Master Wade or something.

They have to warm up to him for the entertainment value he brings if nothing else. No one can lose a drinking contest like Anders~
