Salutations Exsilium members!
I'm an Alex and I'm new here. With me I bring Fiona from the series Dragon Age! If you are wondering why you might have never heard of her it's because thus far she's been a novel-only character. (Although DA:III looks MIGHTY promising because herpderp Asunder. /Excite!) And yes, this shall be my PB for her. Yous have no idea how difficult it was to find enough icons of a similar looking person who had their ears consistently covered.
Right so a bit about her, she's an elf and a mage and a Grey Warden (What a whammy). Personality wise she's honest, blunt, sarcastic, and holds little respect for authority figures. She hates nobility (for good reason, mind yous) and she is more than willing to express her dislike loudly. But she can be friendly! Gain her trust and she'll be your loyal ally. Within reason, of course.
Anyways! I'm taking her post-epilogue of The Calling. So really, right after she drops off a certain bundle of joy for Maric to deal with (Mother of the year over here) and rides off into the sunset, more or less.
I am dumb excited to play here and nervous,
ヽ(;▽;)ノ but mostly excited. If anyone wants to add me on plurk it's
aleeeeeeex. I'm in the funky GMT +8 time zone I'm afraid, so I rely on plurk heavily.
Thank you very much! I can't wait to get started playing here. Crap I wrote a lot.

I am Gazebo and I play this cat-loving, Chantry-attacking mage over here. Welcome, thrilled to have you, and I'll go add you on plurk now!
no subject
Thank you for the welcome! And it's great to meet you. I'll add you back as sooon as I'm not in class. Huuurrrr.

And by love I mean the total opposite.
MEANWHILE I AM TOTALLY GOING TO LOVE THIS HI I'm Sam and I think I'm probably going to add you on plurk. I've been tempted to read the novels though I've heard...things about Gaider's prose.

I'm Lettie, I play some jerk here ... but you probably don't want CR with him. ;)

Read them, I hiiighly recommend it. Especially Asunder, it has such a HUGE impact on the series. And supposedly the 3rd game has everything to do with it. Puts non-readers in a pickle. But don't worry about Gaider, he's a little indecisive and a bit of a lying leg puller (Silent Grove's plot TT_TT;) but still worth reading.
But yes, Hi Sam! Nice to meet you, and I am going to enjoy this so very much as well. :D Eeeee excite excite!

I guess I'll look into the novels then. I mean, I've already looked over their wiki pages...well, at least The Stolen Throne's for the sake of the Loghain stuff (my bias...it's showing tremendously) but if what goes on in Asunder is going to be brought up in the third game then...sob I guess I'll eventually give you more of my money, Gaider.
But yesssss your excitement excites me >3

Myself, I've skimmed a bit of Asunder and intend to read more of the books, but have been pretty well spoiled for the contents, so spoilers are fine by me. This Anders has been through all of DA2 and, since he didn't get killed at the end, he's outlived his usefulness to the mage cause — alas, no martyrdom! He's fairly well accepted this, and plans to go back to Vigil's Keep with Nathaniel if they ever get back to Thedas.

Stolen Throne was probs the most dull of the 3, I think. We lost our army! We gained an army! Omg giant spiders... Blah blah blah. I could always tell you what happens, but that's not nearly as entertaining. Up to you?
And our excitement shall join forces and be one large excitement... Ball of EXCITE!!

So long as you're okay with the spoilers... I avoided taking Fiona from ending!Asunder because of the spoilers. (And hell if I could find an old lady!Fiona PB. Hufff) I am almost disappointed I chose to avoid it now. Nnngh. Well, almost.
HAHAHAHAHA. I can picture the entire Keep face palming at his entrance. I really want to see this now.

Having a young!Fiona will be cool because it allows for more boggling over timeline differences. Anders and Nathaniel are aware that they are about seven or eight years in the future, compared to Alistair and Anora. (This has also kept discussion of the DA2 endgame off the table, since it hasn't happened yet for Alistair and Anora.)
Hahaha Anders fully expects to be persona non grata at Vigil's Keep - his suggestion was that he should wear a wig and pretend to be a mentally disabled distant cousin of Master Wade or something.

Yeah, future's one thing, adding someone from the past by like 20-30 years is... another. She's got a lot of "catching up" to do. OH THE INTERESTING CONVERSATIONS TO BE HAD~
Bah, it's the Wardens. They might be on edge and a bit on the shun-side at first but they'll warm back up to Anders within no time. It's ridiculous how "understanding" they can be, sheesh. But he should still wear a wig, if only for the humor. :)

And Omygoodnesstheamountofmakeuponthatman.

As for the actor, he may wear make up all the time practically, but he's not too bad at all:

I admittedly read his tattoo as KFC at first. Oops.

Gackt is a silly man at times. XD

I play these guys:
Troy Barnes from Community, pretendtosleep
and
Haymitch Abernathy from The Hunger Games, teamspirits
my plurk's rockswithewoks! Adding you, and welcome :D

HAHA. Yes. Silly is one way of putting it.

AH! Troy is fabulous. That's so exciting to see him played here. :)!
Noted aaand friended back.

But anyways, hope you enjoy the game
i tend to go on about him cuz of my slight problem with collecting not!Gackt characters. oops.no subject
I am SURE I will.
No worries, it is ~educational~ and interesting to hear, all the same.no subject
OH! Did you know that the Dragon Age CG anime not only has a theme song written and preformed by him, but he also provides the voice for one of the characters?
no subject
I have not heard that! Which character is he voicing?

My plurk is preussisch_blau; is it okay if I add you~?

no subject
Yes, of course you may!
no subject
Either that, or when he went to put the show's theme song together, they asked him if he had time for a little extra work.
no subject
/solves problem by stalking entire DA cast here in the meanwhile
no subject
Thaaat sounds logical enough.
no subject
It's a good song too :3

That is a decent substitute, however. I encourage it.
