Good question! She hovers about the more populated areas, so anywhere around the markets, bars, and just places people/transports tend to frequent are game.

We need to make sure they'll actually talk...he could hang around anywhere with a bunch of books if that'll give them something to talk about at first...Or um...

dammit they should be in initiative sucks t-shirts it would make everything so much easier.

Hahah seriously! The book thing might actually work actually, it will at least give them something to start with?? It can actually transform into "omg i hate the initiative, they are giant assholes" or something.
