SO MUCH MANPAIN AND ANGST and really he's just trying to find allies and ways to dismantle the initiative from the inside out he's very slow and methodical to plan so he hasn't quite worked up a plan yet

LOL NOPE NOT AT ALL for now he's playing the part of agreeing and fighting for/with them even though he knows something's up first he wants to dismantle the UE but he wants to know wtf is up with the initiative . . .

YES well more interested in the people involved! like keep them as contacts/potential allies because he wouldn't be interested in actually joining it as his methods are clearly not. legal.
