PLOT!
HELLO THERE, FELLOW RECRUITS! This is RW, your resident one-eyed creeper back again with a little plot!
Here's the deal:
Ever since Slade arrived, he's been gathering intel and combing the backlog of the network in order to get a better understanding of Exsilium. He has since been informed of the attack by United Earth's Masked, and honestly, he finds the lack of defense against them quite unsatisfactory. THUS, he has struck a deal, of sorts, with the Initiative. Aside from being given an office and an instructor's position, he has also be given license to start beefing up Exsilium's security.
What this means is:
- Exsilium will eventually have a robotic security force. Made by Slade, of course.
- Traps and high-tech defense mechanisms will be set (mostly) around Exsilium's perimeter.
- New early warning systems will be installed.
- Surveillance equipment will be set up around the island, not all of which Slade will be telling the Initiative about.
- He will be recruiting people and training them for this purpose.
THAT BEING SAID, here's where you come in!
If you would like your character to join this security force AND/OR receive training from Slade, let me know here! I'll be putting up an IC post to kick this off in the new few days so if your character has an interest, you can hit him up ICly also!
Also, since Slade will be using this tech not only to keep an eye out for invaders but also to learn more about Exsilium and its residents, his permissions post is very important! If there's something in particular you'd like him to pick up on, about your character or something they've said/done on the network or otherwise, please do make a note of it there!

AS A NOTE: Slade will not be operating under his real name, but under an alias, Alexander Wiseman (and possibly one other). Eventually, I expect his cover to be blown, but for now, he's going to be covert.

Powers/Skillset: He is pretty darn awesome with technology! He can build just about anything you want, and he can also control fire. He's got built in battle reflexes and can speak Greek, but I'm not sure Greek'll help too much.
Reason(s) for Joining: Leo would love to work on the tech team! I think I've pondered him setting up traps and stuff before, I just never made any plans to go through with anything, so throwing him in on this would be awesome!

Slade has a little experience with people who control the elements (and had a little stint with fire control himself) so this could work well!

Reason(s) for Joining: Security guard. Robin wants to find out more information on the Masked and find a way to either take them down or take their weapons from them. A collective force would appear to be the best way to achieve this, plus something about this trainer guy makes Robin want to keep a close eye on him...
