Good Evening, Exxy.
This is Dan, bringing in Coby from One Piece--a story about gold and its illicit relationships with cats or something like that. Don't quote me. Coby here is from the very beginning of the series and has only recently gotten a new appearance jammed into one of the 'Specials', a little bit of canon that has weird and illogical placement into the general storyline. Don't even ask how Strong World worked.
Coby started out as a super spaz, eventually becoming a Marine because of the power of dreams and sparkles. Now he's a Marine Captain and is a real prissy pants about paperwork, grinding into Batman villains about how they seriously need to sign on the goddamn line, shit's protocol. None of this intro is making sense.
Anyway, Coby is all about the justice and will likely try to help everyone everywhere all the time forever. Go ahead and try to get rid of him. You can't stop him or his scar from moving.
