Welcome to Exsilium's Monthly CR Meme! This will be for the month of February, and participation is completely optional. Leave a comment below with the following format and you can get in touch with other players for all sorts of plans for the future, for CR and plots for your characters.

Larsa tends to spend some time with Tamora, who's on the police force--I'm sure he's at least popped in once or twice, and he's twelve, incredibly well-mannered and hilariously bitty (4'3'') so Kotetsu can fuss all he likes!

Oh and since bitty!Riku's gonna be tagging along with Tamora during the event, I imagine there's going to be lots of cute, as he's five and prone to crawling on tall people.

at least, until Riku's deaged, and he shuffles very quickly past him in an attempt to escape.

He can try, but Riku at any age is still enough of a baby hero to be relevant to Kotetsu's interests.
