Kate's got lots of feelings about supervillains. Which are mostly just bad ones but anyway!! What kind of charm powers are we talking about?

Pidonus is capable of a few different spells to influence people's minds. Most significantly, charm monster (which works on just about anything with a mind) causes a victim to think favorably of anything she says and view her as a friend against usual wits (she can't get them to act against their nature, and aggressive actions against victims break the spell instantly), and suggestion gets them to follow a reasonable-sounding course of action.

Pid, being frankly a bit of a derp and not wanting to antagonize anyone badly here in Exsilium (yet), won't use this to get people to do evil things. (She's not one to really view manipulating people in and of itself as wrong, though.) Nonetheless, one incident could be all it takes.

... Did I mention she regenerates from injuries, meaning Kate can beat on her for a very long time if pissed off?

If she made Kate do anything or heck, even controlled her because she wouldn't take to it kindly she wouldn't beat her up badly, but she would hit her once or twice and be like "GET OUT".

She would see it as creepy and all, especially if it's unprovoked. HRM, what would cause her to do this to Kate or is it just messing around with random people for fun sort of thing?

Pid's power use would definitely be of the "just because" and/or "for fun" variety. Charm someone and talk them just a hint out of their usual comfort zones.

Though depending on how any conversations go, Pid may not do anything at all - even after charming Kate. She's a sucker for the right kind of sob story, and easily motivated to focus on helping people.

Kate wouldn't tell her anything personal, to be honest. But yeah, if she messes around for fun then Kate will see her as some who antagonized her and we could work from there. Negative CR with Kate can some easy sometimes. SHE HAS A BAD TEMPER...
