In short, though "stubborn", "lonely", "back-stabbing", and "courtesan" sum things up rather well, those four descriptors don't quite do this girl justice, so lemme elaborate...
Glen grew up in a farming town with an emotionally abusive dad, got involved with crime from a young age, participated in a gang war when she was seventeen that caused the death of her father, packed her bags to move to the shiny, steam-punk inspired city, became a prostitute to pay her rent, and eventually realized that she could earn a lot more through the selling of her clients' secrets. Be careful what you say to hookers, guys. It could come back to bite you.
Glen is a great actress and pretty manipulative, but can also be sort of nice sometimes? If you deserve it? Also she doesn't want any friends, friends are bad. Friends might get hurt if they get too close to her, blah blah blah irrational insecurities, etc...
