HEY GUESS GUESS WHAT MASQUERADE!!!!

By which I mean, you may have heard whispers floating around Plurk and the main comm and such about some kinda crazy ball thing, with fancy clothes and masks, and it is all true!! Vanadi will be throwing a masquerade ball, as first mentioned on this post (which is still being tagged, so you're welcome to hit it up if you like!), hopefully at some decadent time in European history, and there will be all sorts of delicious food and spiked drinks. 8] He's open to help from BASICALLY ANYONE, so if you'd like to get your character involved, it can be done!

Let me know if you want your character to participate with the setting up/hosting/stuff like that! We can thread something out or just handwave it and say they got roped into it somehow. Vanadi will totally be hooking characters up that have the same job/related jobs/can help one another somehow, so it would be a good opportunity for CR. (B

As for the event itself, I'm aiming for late November/early December, depending on what works best for people! It will be held somewhere in history, since Exsilium isn't exactly the picture of class, what with all the dystopian vibes and rubble, and it will last for a good 8 hours. The Initiative will agree to send Transports back for this, but only under the condition that they'll all be locked into the building, the better to not fuck something important up in history. Vanadi will proooobably not be making that part an actual announcement, because he doesn't want to scare anyone out of attending, but characters are welcome to find out/take objection. Just lemme know if you want to do something like that.

And finally, there are not any scheduled giant explosions, monster attacks, pirate battles, or memories brought to violent life... but that doesn't mean this all has to go off without a hitch. If you've got any ideas or want to stir up an IC ruckus, contact me! Well, since Feferi's making masks, she likely will be making Sollux's mask as well as forcing him to go. Sollux will use this to his advantage to eat all of Vanadi's food and drinks and glare at him (potentially drunkenly) the whole time. AW YEAH.

Making food is probably not the best idea since she's kind of terrible at cooking anything that isn't a pastry/sweet. Maybe decorations unless there's something else you can think of?

Sayaka will be wearing this swag number with some kind of blue mask I haven't picked out yet, and anyone she knows is gonna get danced with. SHE'LL ALSO DRAG SOME WALLFLOWERS OUT because she's social like that. She's available for enabling anyone she's on good terms with.

Snow will help with security on a non-official level (as in, if he sees anyone being a jerk they may have a two meter tall guy telling them to knock it off). He'll also be happy to use his height to help get decorations and stuff up, so put him down for that! Whatever he wears, rest assured it won't make him look any less like a hobo.

If anyone needs help getting their characters there, Snow will enable the hell out of anyone and everyone. He will just be like WHY AREN'T YOU GOING YOU SHOULD GO. He's going to start a drinking competition on the night too, because he is the Most Responsible.

Riku will probably just... be enabled to go. orz. Can't let certain people down if he's enabled, and he'll probably just be in a cool little aquamarine+black vest and black trousers/white shirt number with a mask similar to that. He'll probably want to help out with security as much as he's able and he'll be a wallflower, though if anyone pulls him to dance, he's very good at waltzing and ballroom dancing.

Larsa will definitely attend of his own free will! He will probably put on some fancy duds, besides his usual regalia. Nothing too fancy, but fitting of a royal bitty. He'll be very polite and be asking girls to dance because that's fitting of a bitty. He'll dance with pretty much anyone who asks him, though. Every girl should be expected to be kissed on the hand and bowed to when he dances with him~

Oh boy! Utena is made for this; she even knows how to waltz SO DASHING. She's actually nice and helpful, unlike my other two, and would be willing to volunteer with the setting up of decorations and so on. Also she will totally drag out people to ~*dance*~, so if anyone requires some beautiful girlprince all in their grill, she's your best bet.

Kyouko will be around as well, dressed as the prettiest princess, to her intense displeasure, as soon as I figure out an outfit. She will be getting tugged along by Madoka and Sayaka for this. She's not helping with jackshit because wow what a douche (unless convinced to by her adorable frands), but she will huddle near anywhere where there's food. Being convinced to dance will take phenomenal effort and/or Sayaka and Madoka, and she will complain the whole time, so yeah.

Fang is showing up just to keep Snow from giving himself alcohol poisoning.
