Hey everyone! I'm Silver-Fox and I'm bringing in Lee Chaolan from the Tekken series. He's a pretty boy but don't let the good looks fool you. He's a spy of sorts and has extensive knowledge in robotics and weapons. He's straight up human with a rapier as his weapon of choice that obeys him.

He's in room 904 and along with him comes a polite but cutthroat mentality when it comes to business and a ruthless sense in battle. He's confident, unafraid to take risks and isn't beyond backstabbing those that make the first move to back stab him first.

He's also a relentless tease and uses his charm to gain the advantage without fighting if he chooses to go that route first.

Oh, I should mention that he can either be your best friend or worst enemy. There is no grey area for him. (Greys tend to be too unpredictable.)

Technically Takegami is a normal human, however, he is a CRAZY normal human that isn't above hurting himself to get what he wants. He bites his own fingers off in canon. Sho may not want to attack since he picked up his sire's habit of whining about being a monster.

Ah, good to know. I was reading up on it just before you made the comment and talk about wow! He's got some issues and he's not the conventional angst magnet either. Conversations is Mandarin should be fun.

That he isn't. Sho is a honest fool more times than not, but he was a yakuza boss before becoming a vampire. And his Mandarin will sound like it was dragged through the gutter since he learned it off of Triad bosses.

LOL I just pictured Lee wincing and holding up his hand just now. "No, stop, please. we'll use Japanese."

This is really going to be some interesting CR between them since Lee's family isn't exactly up there on the ladder of top tier human relations. Yakuza ties and Triad connections wouldn't be unfamiliar to him at all and he can sympathize.

Being a Yakuza boss, even a former one, is an interesting life to lead. Oh yeah, they'll get along just fine. Lee's adoptive brother is a devil (literally) so he's not really going to freak out all that much.

You also wouldn't have to worry about Lee touching him either. He understands the importance of personal space, unless you're female or he's fighting.

Haha yeah. Funny thing about Sho's Japanese is that he speaks on a higher end of the dialect despite being a street rat. He definitely lacks the threatening roll that other street punks will use, even his friend Toshi did the roll better than him. I blame it on him mimicking Kei all the time.

Sho's gang was a mixed group - he had a black American, a genderbent Japanese guy, a tiny Chinese dapper, and an Australian as his four lieutenants, and he accepted people no matter where they came from so long as they were loyal and understood his position on certain things.

Lee is on the same end of the spectrum when it comes to dialect and he never swears no matter how bad it gets unlike so many in the game that tosses around swear words like dimes.

Yes, loyalty is very important to Lee as well. These two have to meet!

Sho did swear but usually is was on the end of 'bakarono' and his Engrish 'fruck fruck'. He seems to clean up his language when he got married too, except when he had to make an appearance in front of the Taiwanese Don. Then again, he hated that guy and that always made his temper show.

I posted with Lee in the new arrival post but he feels he came late to the party.

Ooh, Taiwan wasn't a place that Lee liked visiting at all if he could help it. He can relate to that. The only thing he liked was Taipai 101. He still laughs at it and calls it a stack of take-out containers.

So does Sho. He also is a little crisp around the edges. Ooops.

The city Sho's from was in the middle of China and Taiwan and the natives were mostly Taiwanese. He married a Taiwanese girl even, but yeah, they were not on good speaking terms, him and the Taiwanese mob.

Nothing wrong with that. Lee isn't married so he wouldn't know what that kind of life is like and with no kids, he can't really understand that part but he'll definitely listen and wonder what he's been doing all his life.

Ouch! I can imagine with the Taiwanese mob. That sounds like a hassle.

It was love at first sight with Sho. He just became this little puppy and everyone teased him a lot about it. It took him forever to get her to marry him too.

They so were.

There's this one scene in the movie where Sho is bouncing down the street with a bunch of flowers and he comes around the corner and finds her brother and his friend already there. So he tries to slip away but Son spots him and Sho is like 'oshi!' and drops the flowers before going to join them. Yi-Che sees that he did something so she leaves them and then a few minutes later she has the flowers in this vase all smiling at Sho and Sho is 'SPITTAKE COUGHCOUGH'.

It was so cute.

I laughed so hard after I read this! That's beautiful and in a crazy way too. Now, I want to see this movie because I find Sho to be very interesting just reading what you're telling me about it. This cast of characters in the game already this round is amazing!

I collected all the youtube videos of the movie into a playlist that you can watch here. Just remember it is a movie full of people that do not count acting as their main role and it was written by Gackt and Hyde while they drank a lot of bourbon, so it has a lot of camp in it.

Ha ha! It can't be any worse than playing Tekken 4 and hearing Lee's godawful English voice that sounds like he has a cold. XD
