YES I am gonna get out a wrex post after the turn of the month, so maybe it's a I REMEMBER YOU.... moment for eridan? or we can go right to log if that's easier

also does this confrontation actually result in a fight? would there be a clear winner? (does eridan want his ass kicked I guess is what I'm asking)

uh nah if you don't mind post -> log would be handier since it tends to feel a little rushed if it's just "wandering then suddenly OH SHIT THAT GUY I DONT LIKE, BETTER SHOOT HIM"

Alllllso yeah more than likely he's too trigger happy for his own good fighting is unavoidable

and i'm fine with him getting beat up as long as it isn't something he can't recover from? if that's workable

i dont actually know anything about mass effect so i dont know what eridans actually gotten himself into here haha

yes on post-->log, that works just fine with me.

wrex doesn't pick fights much anymore, but he'd smack down someone who is pestering him with violence for sure. the biggest insult among his species is to say someone isn't worth killing, so I can see it ending up like that with eridan, if wrex ends up the victor. he won't needlessly slaughter people who aren't really his enemy. won't chase eridan down if he runs away, that kind of thing

wrex is a krogan, which is a species that evolved in a really tough environment. they're notoriously hard to kill, having thick skin, lots of back up organs, immunity to cold/heat/paralysis/radiation, and a bloodrage mode where they can't feel pain. wrex is also.. very old and a former mercenary. also has space magic (gravity manipulation type stuff). basically he is OP

it's been a while since I read homestuck, so I don't know how eridan's powerset might compare. wrex surely hasn't seen it before. but if you think it's more indicative of future plot/development for eridan to lose or win, lemme hear it! I am def not a MY CHARACTER MUST WIN ALL type, i just play a buffman

oh no that's cool like

the thing is he isn't be all end all godlike but eridan got really OP towards the end of his character arc(following link is kind of spoiler-ish if you aren't caught up but if you're interested that's an old post i need to update just on what he can do canonically) and i just like to know how other characters compare to him so i can know beforehand in case i need to work something out but wrex sounds like he'd be absolutely fine

so i'd be perfectly okay with Eridan getting beaten up it doesn't bother me!

yeah that's the problem with crossing canons, i hear homestuck can be hard to measure up because of its general silliness. looks to me like eridan is good at shooting big beams

it can definitely be close, because wrex isn't expecting the little squirt to be more than hot air. he might walk away with more respect for the guy, and maybe decide he's worth killing in the future after all :')

SO I FAILED TO DELIVER ON THE EVENTS due to life and lack of time.

We should still have these guys meet. Maybe if/when Cas does a broadcast of HEY GUYS LOOK OUT FOR LUCIFER HE'S A FALLEN ANGEL AND WILL DESTROY YOU post, that can bring up some interesting CR opportunities for Eridan and Cas?

he's threading with lucifer now too so depending on how that goes will probably effect how he reacts to castiel's post
