hi everyone! sorry, this is still aida, arthur-mun here; i'm so sorry about all the dropped tags! i've just DROPPED THE BALL on a lot of things, and this is my attempt to pick them all back up! i know it's been a little while, so to anyone who tagged him during the training or arrival post, if i could get a show of hands as to who wants to drop and who wants to backtag?

there's also a permission post here as to the amount of info-gathering and just general SURVEILLANCE and recon that "mr charles" can get up to! basically, i need to know if arthur can get all up in your character's business. because he is a professional stalker. :'D
